Hi. The gym was fine and has all the equipment required. I was disappointed in the wifi, I am trying to work with my PT who isn't in London and he couldn't really communicate.

Went an early morning with a daily pass, I was in London for business. it wasnt busy at all.

I had a code to register for a day pass
I had a code to register for a day pass. I found it tricky to get to the specific location on the website. I entered the postcode and it came up with 26 results on a map - not easy to pinpoint which specific one I wanted on a mobile phone screen. It was quite stressful to be honest. Despite this got in the Tower Hill gym and enjoyed my day pass however

From entering your postcode/preferred location online this will bring up the closest clubs within range in order of distance. The map will also allow you to view these clubs in relation to each other.

putting profits over customers
Another gym that’s putting profits over customer satisfaction. Was visiting London and bought a day pass online. Turned out the local gym was closed (not 24hr) went to the closest one that was. It was unstaffed. I then couldn’t swap my day pass over so frustratingly couldn’t train. Contacted online for a refund. They don’t refund day passes.

Our opening times can be found online and while most of our gym branches are 24 hour, some are not . Your day pass can only be used at the specific gym purchased for, as pricing differs from gym branch to gym branch . We apologise for any confusion .
As we require more info to help, please drop our Member Services team a message on (member.services@puregym.com) with your accurate email address, mobile number and DOB - So they can find your account and we'll happily rearrange the day pass so you can use it as intended when your gym branch is open.

The price is very good.
The price is very good. The staff is friendly, the equipment is of good quality and the temperature and cleanliness are beyond perfect.

The volume of music and weekend off
The volume of music in the gym is too high. You cannot lister to your own music with EarPods while training and that’s very annoying. Talking with other friends training at Tower Hill, we all agreed on that.
Also, the gym should open at least one day during the weekend, even without any trainer would be fine.
