Didn't know there were unstaffed hours when I signed it online, and definitely was very unhelpful.

You've missed my point though, there weren't any clear information or indication that you have unstaffed hours during a signing up process. So you are saying we customers have to access to all the webpages of yours and fully understand every detailed information of it before signing up when just wanting to join in the gym, instead of you can improve your signing up system to indicate all the important information to step through, customers wouldn't miss it in any possible cases. And I wonder how you would advise 'your members' who are already in the memberships to check the information before joining. Hope you know you are not making much sense there.

The time I use the gym is not so busy…
The time I use the gym is not so busy so can use various equipments if need be.
I use London Twickenham because it’s easily accessible by bus from where I live.
I wish that a Personal Trainer goes round to members like me and give guidance and help. There are many elderly who just come to remain fit but could do with some guidance and encouragement to use different equipments.

Not clean at all
The gym itself is well equipped and good size but the biggest problem is cleaning. It’s very dirty and dusty and the bathrooms and changing rooms are filthy sometimes. It’s been like this for a year now change and rarely any cleaning done.

Not a nice place
The gym stinks of damp
The layout is awful, when two people are next to each other on the squat rack no one can get to the weights in the middle. Gym is too busy and can hardly ever get into the machines I want.

I got to the gym and there was no staff. I purchased a day pass and it never showed up in the email. So I had to leave and turn back without using it.

Pure gym experience
Been going to pure gym for nearly 2 years started off doing my own thing with weights n machines but now do 3 classes which work well with my vibe of training.
Pure gym is such a chill gym everyone just does their own thing. The PTs n fitness coaches etc are super friendly n very helpful you just can’t fault it. That’s why I still go 🥰
