Gym is nauseating and dirty, racist staff.
I regret to say that my experience at pure Wembley gym has been extremely disappointing. The whole place suffers from poor cleanliness, evident in the sticky floors and unkempt equipment. Additionally, the discriminatory behavior of the british woman working there, towards minority patrons, is unacceptable. Furthermore, the pervasive odor throughout the gym is nauseating and makes you just wanting to leave.

My friend asked me to come gym as he had the the membership where it allow to bring a buddy and I did the process and when I first went to the gym I was really excited and I really enjoyed so I bought a membership for my own. Currently Pure Gym is the best gym out there as they do awesome challenges with prizes. There are range of equipment and it is always clean which is good.

NB: Also I would like to know how you sent me a message to my calander, and I hope this is legal as I would be forced to tell the local POLICE, HA, HA HA??!!

Classes not being run as they should
Classes not being run as they should. Unfriendly unmotivated lazy staff who sit on their phone instead of running the class/gym that is scheduled as per timetable. Im 8 months pp and wanted to start my fitness journey, after arranging childcare to attend the class I was disappointed to know that I was the only one who had booked the class hence the pt couldn’t be bother with the class. I want my money back pure gym. This is Probably why people don’t bother coming to your gym/classes because of the staff in the first place. Avoid this gym and go to a better gym where they have an amazing supportive gym community :(

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, no land line to contact anyone as well online response took more then 6 hours for a reply!! Really bad

As we are an online company, we do not have open phone lines. Member Services however are on hand everyday and will be more than happy to help as soon as they can. Replies may take a little longer due to how busy the team is but they will always be happy to help.

Go somewhere else
Too many treadmills too little weight machines if I knew I’d go to a gym that had 30 treadmills I would’ve just gone on a hike instead. Only visited once. Poor.

Valuables stolen from lockers
I went to workout with my friends in Wembley PureGym and their lockers were broken into and valuables were stolen whilst we were working out. I would not recommend using this gym at all.

AVOID THIS GYM!
I had my phone stolen out of this gym lockers and the gym fails to accept responsibility. The gym smelled like shut and was overcrowded. Avoid this gym at all costs!!!

Wembley PureGym bad for your health!
Wembley gym and ongoing problems. Last three months of 2023 we had to put up the stench in the women’s changing room with the bad odour coming from the drainage system. They used air sprays to mask the smell. Left feeling sick a couple of times and worried my clothes left in the changing room would also smell. Complaints to management were referred to head office and when I complained direct twice by email to HO they were ignored. Now in 2024 in the last two weeks air conditioning not working in ladies section of the gym and blowing out hot air. Not sure why they keep them on knowing the air con is not working. Ideal if you want a sauna. It’s unbearable and no attempt to bring in temporary solution like portable fans. Looking for another gym because PureGym do not value their customers or staff.

Great value gym
Great value gym. A good range of equipment with pretty decent availability.
Friendly staff and showers lockers in ok condition (given the treatment by some of the members it's probably like fighting a losing battle)
