The gym is clean and tidy, staff are always happy to help & i have never had trouble getting on the machines. The changing room is slightly too small in my opinion but it’s always clean & tidy.

I’m really disappointed with PureGym at Wimbledon
I’m really disappointed with PureGym at Wimbledon. There was a single note placed on the storage area saying that lockers were not available for long-term use, but nothing was specifically attached to my locker. A few days later, my lock was cleared out without any proper warning or chance to remove my belongings. My gym belt and other personal items were gone.
It’s unacceptable that a gym I pay for can’t even keep my things secure, and instead ends up taking them away. I understand locker policies, but this was handled very poorly. There should have been clear communication or at least a way to recover my belongings.

Lockers are permitted for use during the duration of your visit, any lockers with items left overnight may be emptied, and we will hold onto these items for up to 7 days. It was my first visit to the gym in my whole life. Of course it was a little bit stressful, but just in the beginning. I really enjoyed this time, gym was very clean, even changing room was spotless. Nice quality of equipment.

The gym is always well-maintained
The gym is always well-maintained, and every single machine works properly. One thing that could have been better is having a workout class at 4 p.m.

Very clean and big with 3 floors
Very clean and big with 3 floors, got variety of equipment. The only thing is there are no cleaning supplies to wipe the equipment before and after using.

Overall good but class timetable could improve
Good gym and very clean.
Staff are helpful and friendly.
The class timetables have changed and personally don't feel there is enough of a range in the evening classes. They used to do circuit and sweat 45 in the evenings but these classes have changed and there doesn't seem to be HIIT / Circuits in the evenings which were the best classes.

Really good experience overall
They have a really good manager and trainer. It was a lovely experience. Definitely would reccomend it.

I don't recommend that gym
The gym equipment is often broken from the start, impacting safety and workout quality. The trainers lack adequate training, making group sessions less effective. There is also poor organization in these group classes, which affects the overall experience. While the gym is affordable, the low cost may be reflected in these issues. I hope improvements can be made to enhance both safety and service quality.
