Happy gym
I love PureGym I just recently joined and has anything a gym should have . Good range of weights , machines , cables. Their app is also very useful for tracking workouts, progress as well as giving useful tips. Also nice reductions for members on MyProtein. 6 squat / power racks is also a nice addition

Gym itself is fine - showers STINK!
Gym itself is fine. Does get busy but that comes with location.
The shower facilities are terrible. The smell when you walk in to shower cubicles is awful. Not what you want when you are trying to wash yourself. The water pressure is no good too. And the temperature is just about warm enough.
I understand pure gym is one of the cheaper gyms to use however the shower facilities should meet a basic standard which they do not.
Please note this is just a review of PureGym Waterloo, London.

Good location with free parking
Good location with free parking, latest equipment and at certain times of the day(mainly late evenings) more opportunities to use different equipment, which is perfect for me as I work early mornings.

As an online company, we don't have receptions. However, we have the cylinder POD doors that act as both an entrance and security system.
The POD doors monitor entrance with individual 8 digit code/QR code.

I am outside Bermondsey and have purchased a day pass. I have no code and still waiting for this to be sent. This is the most frustrating experience I have had and it’s absolutely embarrassing. I’m a member and I’m having to purchase a day pass for a gym outside the membership even though I have the most expensive package. Just send me the damn code so I can get in….
