Great team, great experience
The team at PureGym Luton & Dunstable are very friendly, supportive and welcoming without being overbearing. The manager in particular displays a true passion for her job and leads excellent classes.

My Puregym journey so far..
Joining Puregym has given me the boast I needed to get my training back on track. Although life happens, the flexible hours has meant training can be accommodated and not skipped at such times.
Wish I'd joined you years ago, but I'm hear now and loving my training.

Facility maintenance needs work
Have been a member for roughly 2 years, for 90% of that time one or more of the toilets have been broken (currently only one working male toilet at my local gym), water fountains not working for weeks on end.

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our facilities and equipment are fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can. Thanks, PureGym.

Members just don’t rerack their weights after use. I’ve seen better gym etiquette at university gyms.

It is in the gym rules that members should return their own weights or risk suspension, but at peak times especially it can be hard to police this. However, staff on site do everything they can while we also have CCTV monitoring the free weights and are looking for new ways to address this. Thanks, PureGym.
Constant change of staff
Constant change of staff due to them having to pay rent of £650 after their initial period with Pure Gym.
Classes frequently cancelled at short notice.
Not enough spinning during the evenings or weekends.

Okay gym
Okay gym but water fountain and massage chairs are broken a lot and in the Women’s toilets there is never any soap. Every time I go to the bathroom there is no soap which is annoying but apart from that the gym is okay.

Luton and Dunstable pure gym soap dispenser!
Luton and Dunstable pure gym! Could you please install a new soap dispenser in a man's toilet!? The old one has been broken for a couple of months already!!
Would be nice to wash your hands with soap!

No help if wanting to join
I went to the gym 4 times to look around to see if it was suitable and to orientate myself. Each time no one answered the ring bell. I arranged to meet the manageress through another member and still no answer. So I joined on line and was unable to access the special offer of 3 months @ £11. This is not good business practise.

Usually really good
Usually really good but lately, gym equipment not next the right machines, weights missing from the stands and people sitting on machines not working out on them. Very frustrating if you just want to go in and do a quick hard session. Left the gym feeling more frustrated than when I went in

I’ve been a member of a few gyms but…
I’ve been a member of a few gyms but PureGyms automate out the tedious elements allowing you to get on with whatever you want, just machines, full classes or a mix. Recommend the massage beds after workout.

Joined with a friend which helps a lot.Having a gym buddy encourages you more. Alex one of the personal trainers has made going a lot more enjoyable as he has explained the equipment and gave us plans that help us achieve our goals.

No Pin to enter the gym room after I made a payment!!
I paid and received an email receipt from PureGym for my day pass. But I didn’t received a pin and I was not allowed to enter the centre!!
I shared all the information requested by CS this morning. But it’s still no update on my refund until now. Very bad experience!!!
