Macclesfield PG highly recommended!
Great classes and timetable with plenty of options each day. Class instructors/ PT’s are helpful and equipment is always clean and available, even at peaks times! Highly recommend Pure Gym Macclesfield and many of my friends who I referred have joined.

Good equipment
Good equipment. Open 24 hours. Poor heating atm. Gym seems warm and changing rooms are cold. One corner of gym smells of drains. Staff aren't particularly welcoming. Stability balls need checking. Always under inflated.

Pure Gym Macclesfield continues to be welcoming, clean and great quality equipment and more importantly staff who look after you very well whether for PT sessions, classes or just for general advice.
Definitely not cheap in terms of service!!

Pure gym, pure satisfaction
I do the off peak sessions as it works really well around my shift work. Always having equipment available and well maintained. Very clean gym however people that use the gym during the unstaffed hours leave water bottles around but this can't be helped.
The one thing I would like to see in the gym would be a punch bag, only thing missing for me.

Temperatures/air con in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers.

Changing rooms need work
Good facilities and good atmosphere but changing rooms and showers need better cleaning.
There should at least be hand sanitiser in the changing rooms, and maybe a sign telling people not to shave in the showers? It’s gross.

Great gym, great prices, no contract
Clean, inclusive for all people, friendly, accessible, great exercise spaces and good range of available equipment, steady flow of people never had to wait to use equipment. Best of all no binding contract.

Lack of proper equipment
Lack of proper equipment. More than half of the machines on the main floor are obsolete and shouldn’t be used. Training at pure gym has perks of cheap and cheerful all over it. The free weight area is great but other than free weights most of the machines aren’t right or shouldn’t be used for most people.

Fix what people are paying for.
A good gym with enough equipment.
The Yanga water machine hasn't worked for over a week and there is still no signage, so you can see people trying over and over, the staff just look down and pretend they can't see it despite being sat next to it. There is a clear lack of ownership, a quite minor issue that just gets worse which could easily fixed by putting a sign up, or getting it fixed.
On a plus side the gym is clean.

Great gym BUT Water machine needs fixing
I love going to the gym and I think that its a great place for all abilities however the fact the yanga machine keeps not working is disappointing. I pay for the extra benefits and enjoy the yanga water however am unable to use it most times I attend the gym. Not what I expect when paying extra and at a new gym too
