Super Easy barely an inconvenience!

Each day pass expires at midnight. If you buy a day pass at 2pm, you have until midnight on the same day to use the gym. Please note that day passes do not last 24 hours.
There’s an option to delay your day pass start date for up to one month.

Over subscribed
As a member of 2 years I love the way the equipment has been repositioned but unfortunately I feel regular gym goers will end up leaving due to the fact the gym is totally over subscribed at this time of year and we can’t get on any equipment as there are groups of people taking them over, who will leave mid Feb, I used to manage a health club so I know what it’s like in Jan but I begrudge paying for 2 memberships and not being able to work out in January. On Tuesday the air con was blowing out hot air and the running club were all standing in front of the I pad to check in our cars and didn’t move when we were trying to get to it, staff just don’t have any control at this gym

Our gyms are indeed very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website to see how many people are in the gym.
Please also feel free to ask to switch in with a member while they rest between sets, this can also help you keep an even pace between sets. Thanks, PureGym.

Very disappointed with the customer…
Very disappointed with the customer service offered at PureGym Maidstone. My son had his membership suspended, no reason was given. He has emailed the manager at Maidstone 3 weeks ago and received no reply. Appalling levels of customer service whilst PureGym continue to collect the direct debits…

It may be worth double-checking you have emailed the correct address if it has been 3 weeks and you haven't had a reply yet. You can also go to the gym during staffed hours between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday and press the assistance button in the foyer of the gym. A member of staff should greet you and you can ask them for assistance with your son's membership. Thanks, PureGym
Great experience

Your website and App are terrible.
Your website and App are terrible, I tried to sign up for over an hour and kept getting timed out or the page wouldn't load. I wasn't even able to use the gym today through the 'invite a buddy system'. Complete waste of my morning and I'm still not able to rejoin using the website or app while on home wifi or full bars of 5G.
