We’re afraid it's true, our gyms can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website, to see how many people are in the gym. We would like to assure you that we are working alongside the contacted cleaning team and facilities management, to ensure concerns are addressed in club. I needed a drink from the machine, but it wasn't working- the card part of the machine didn't register that a transaction was trying to be made- while I had selected a product.
There wasn't anyone to report it to either.

New member Bury New Road
Pretty simple to get signed up again and took advantage of no joining fee offer. Would have been nice to have a cheaper monthly fee, but not bad at all for what you get. Also would have been nice to have old pin from previous membership although this was from a few years ago. Gym is well stocked and clean. Some users could be more considerate around returning weights to where they found them but most seem friendly.

Love this gym really friendly
Love this gym really friendly, only just to work out what meet other people as lots of classes you can join in and meet different people really friendly I can spend three hours in there a day easy clean

10/10 for the whole experience
It was very easy to sign up, and I had no issues at the gym whatsoever. The code worked immediately to get into the gym, the equipment was in great working condition, and the culture was supportive. There was a cleaner working in the gym when I was there, ensuring the area was clean and tidy.
I was surprised at the size of the space and the variety of equipment for use.

Very unhelpful!
Rejoined on 3 month reduced rate last month only to have inadvertently made a mistake with my account number on the direct debit form. Found out at 4 am this morning when I went to use the gym and found my membership CANCELLED
Had to rejoin then after finding the actual email address (as its not clear). I emailed them. After SEVERAL HOURS I was told I had an active membership (yes as I signed up again). When I emailed say I had the 3 month offer was told it wasn't available. Why did it take a MONTH fir thrm to realise the direct debit was inaccurate. Not happy!

If there is an issue regarding the set up of your direct debit an email will be sent out within 5 working days to inform of the failed payment agreement.
If the direct debit is cancelled by yourself or with the bank no email will be sent across.

Great staff members/PTs and management
Great staff members/PTs and management, good equipment and a friendly welcoming atmosphere. The space is large it’s feels bright and airy and you can always find a quiet space if needed.

Misleading FREEPASS and buddy system doesn't work
My husband has a membership that allows him to bring someone else up to 4 times a month. Yet every time he sent me the link, it kept saying that the link had already been used. He also had a confirmation. The gym also displayed a QR code outside for 3 Day pass with code FREEPASS, but all the link link did was send you to their sign up page so I had to sign up myself. Rather disappointing since I wanted to get a pmtaste first. Please take off the sign at the door. It's misleading.
Also the app doesn't allow you to easily change you membership type. You only get the option to cancel altogether.
