Overall good, equipments are filly functional and well organised. Need to reduce fee a little so everyone can afford it .

Too hot, water station was out of order, no weighting scale as part of the plus membership.

Would recommend maybe a few more machines
Only been here a short time, but the staff are really friendly and the equipment is great. Love that it is 24/7 as my shifts can be all over the place. There’s lots of space, but maybe a few more machine as the main ones can get very busy as there’s only one of each. A hip thrust machine would be great as I often don’t have the energy to set it up myself

Decent gym but don't like to clean properly or update…
Don't like to clean properly or update equipment as often as they should. Layout of gym area isn't correct. Pure only to listen to themselves rather than the customers that use the gym. People are being abusive at the gym and managers look the other way. Staff don't know how to handle it. However, apart from the above the gym has ok equipment and majority of users are friendly.

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken.
Please be aware due to the situation of our gyms it isn't always possible to extend the site itself, however, we are always looking to expand and improve our facilities where possible, so please keep an eye out for updates.
If you have any specific suggestions regarding the layout of the gym please approach a member of staff or leave a note in the feedback box, which is regularly reviewed.
With regards to the incident in club it would really help us if you could get in touch directly with the Gym Manager to provide more information (such as date and time or names etc.) so this can be investigated. Thanks, PureGym.
I have been using the Debdale park gym…
I have been using the Debdale park gym and the make changing room has been out of order for a few weeks now. There is one disabled shower room for all of the men/disabled gym users to share has a toilet, shower and changing room. There is always a queue as you can imagine. As the changing room is closed, there is just a small amount of lockers for the men to use too.

We always advise that new members have an induction to ensure they are familiar with the lay out of the gym and understand how to use the different pieces of equipment. Inductions are usually placed on the class time table. You can also get in touch with the Gym Manager via email, and an induction can be arranged for a specific date and time. Alternatively, members are able to speak to the staff in the gym (if they are not on the gym floor, please feel free to knock on the staff room door) and have an induction.

I visited Debdale on a bring a friend…
I visited Debdale on a bring a friend pass with my Husband and was welcomed by Kelly the manager.
The gym is easily accessible and has a spacious open plan layout, with secluded areas for those who prefer to workout privately.
I have previously been to a variety of Pure gyms up and down the UK and will no doubt be visiting again, as Debdale has one of the best atmospheres, in my experience.
