Dislike the layout of the gym. Much preferred the previous site.
No TVs in the cardio area.
Free weights never tidy or available upstairs.
Dislike the layout downstairs and always having to move weights left by previous users

Lousy gym... my previous gym was also puregym, the one in Salford. I was paying £16.99 a month the gym is great, big, well equipped, machines in good condition, very clean. this Eccles puregym is a shame, very small, we cannot train well as machines are crowded due to lack of space, the machines are in a sorry state.... some of them make a lot of noise... there is no variety of machines at all, equipment is very deteriorated. changing rooms/shower/locker very small. lack of cleanliness. Bad gym, you should at least lower the high price of £22.99, it's not fair to pay that monthly fee for a gym with such lousy services.

Classes are good for all levels would recommend to try them , for the cost multi gym really is a no brainier if you can afford a couple of quid a week extra

Gyms fine, can get a little busy but I never struggle to get on a cardio machine.
Toilets and changing areas could be cleaner.
Would also much prefer it if it wasn’t as warm in there as I do a lot of cardio - understand this is personal preference though!

Great gym - 2 things that would make it better:
Toilets where cleaned more regularly (things also always broken e.g lock on cubicle door)
There’s limited Matt space and guys just leave benches and barbells and heavy weights in the middle all the time so just blocks the space completely - I often struggle to move some of these heavy items out the way - staff need to move them back more regularly or encourage lads to tidy the equipment away as quite often there’s limited space for me in these areas

Specifically Eccles, it is cramped, with never enough equipment available, miniscule changing facilities, and quite frankly shocking that it is in a higher price bracket than gyms with much more space and accommodation available.

Clean gym with friendly staff and excellent classes. A good range of equipment in full working order.

The 8 day restriction is a joke when people are on the waiting list, the gym is unclean and toilets are filthy.
Classes and instructors are good and enjoyable.

Great staff, great classes, good equipment, showers need cleaning more regularly and repairing

Male cleaner came into changing room whilst I was in the shower even though I shouted not to come in when he called. He continued to change loo rolls and clean even when I again asked him to leave. Don't think he heard because he was wearing ear buds. Always have to either tidy up or go searching for missing dumbbells as other members don't put things away after using.

You could put up big signs for people to put the weights back on the stacks and not just leave it on the machine after they have finished. I’ve seen people and myself struggle trying to take the wights of the machine. Thank you
