Music far too loud. Can't hear my music through my earphones

3rd week in a row, the temperature inside the gym is not conducive to enjoying what you do inside the gym, it is unpleasant being here while its so cold.
I have to spend more time trying to warm up to instead of doing what I come here to do.
Seriously unpleasant coming here nowadays, the showers might as well be outside in the cond, given up on that ever changing, there are at least 3 other gyms the same distance from my house, it might be tine to see what they have to offer, as my money doesn’t change anything so maybe not having my membership might for others,
I need to add , I don’t think there must have been any management working, yesterday as this is in addition to yesterday, the weights are all over the place, have to search all over the gym for a matching weight, it is very untidy, that was yesterday ( Sunday) today is Monday at8:30 nothings changed weights are a mess.
Really starting to dislike this gym, and as an update, went to the NRG gym less than a mile away it looked so much better, I am looking to see if I can cancel my contract

Love this gym and really helpful staff. Personal Trainer and Hyrox instructor David is 100% dedicated to his classes and is an asset to Pure gym.

I was sent a link to a gym that’s further away. I can’t change my home gym and passes are non refundable. There’s nobody to speak to to solve the problem so I have to buy another day pass for the gym I actually want to go to. Eating my Sunday away here.

Aircon not been on for weeks despite listing it as a feature of my membership here, is minging walking in when it's hot outside, not a nice place to lift
No towels in the dispenser, mens toilets out of soap again and someone's dropped (this is actually disgusting, even before we get to the turd someone has left in the toilet, probz won't get flushed now til a cleaner rocks up on Monday, since no one cleans the place over the weekend).
Time to complain to gym flex me thinks
Sort it out

Not overly happy with paying a £15 joining fee in circumstances where I’m effectively extending my membership and have simply joined via vitality rather than gymflex (whom I’ve used for the last year).

Used Pure gym in different locations in the past 3 years in the city.
A good 3-4 months ago started to go to Exchange Quay. Classes where superb, David giving his best and working to build a great community and friends.
We have a great time and all working hard. Due to recent refurbishment equipment is great. Of course gym gets busy its a large venue.
My problem is currently the AC. Is absolutely not duing anything.
Could you guys get on the ball and get someone out to fix that Aircon please.
We literally look like had a shower during the class.
People can sit around the machines thats fine, but if you start actually moving, I am just dripping during workouts.
Thank you

Popped in for a chat and look around the venue. The member of staff was extremely helpful and informative, answered all my questions and talked me through the different membership options. Using the QR code made signing up relatively quick and simple. Which I have done.

Nobody to talk to when door acccess fails outside staffed hours. A waste of time and a lost pass.

The cleaning of the showers, sinks and locker room shines for its absence. The floors are always full of hair and dried gel residues; mucus on the walls; stuck sinks with hair and paper… I’ve complained several times in the past few months but the only thing I’ve received was a reply from the manager saying they are cleaned regularly and it may be just some little time in between showers. Well… I go everyday at the same time, 9-11am. When I arrive they are nasty; when I leave they are nasty. Worse and worse everyday. My couple and some other friends go in different times and their feedback is the same as mine.
It’s true that there are users who doesn’t clean they’re hairs after shaving in the showers but again… shouldn’t the staff guarantee they are always in a good hygienic conditions?

Well equipped and overall a good gym. But had some issues lately:
The gym was closed for a few days because of an event and I received an email stating that my membership will be upgraded temporarily to be able to use other Puregyms. However, when I visited the nearest PureGym (Salford), I could not get access and had to miss workouts.

Well, rejoined the gym after a 3 month Hiatus. Had major surgery and decided to do a gradual return as Im still healing from abdominal surgery . Today, my pin did not work despite buying the core (any gym) membership. I had to buzz staff. I did not get a friendly welcome even after I showed her my receipt. She saw that I selected urban quay (mistake) instead of exchange quay. The staff member said I was exchange quay and not urban exchange. I replied, it didn’t matter bc I paid for “any gym” membership. I put in my pin again and showed her it didn’t work. She then asked if I had the app. I explained it was still downloading . She then stated, “I’ll let you in today but I’d have to find her before I left if I was having issue with my pin. I just want to say thanks for treating me like a criminal. It would have been nice if I received a friendly welcome especially since it was not my error why my pin did not work. I also paid for my membership. The urban exchange is more expensive than the exchange quays membership. I’ve decided today that This gym will be a temporary membership only. As soon as I’m fully recovered from my surgery, I’ll find another gym to go to..

Had a great visit. Would still like to see PureGym investing in some better and heavier kettlebells, but they did the job for the session. Gum was clean, tidy, spacious with good atmosphere
