Fix the music system please
Fix the music system please at Newbury gym.
It's such a mess. You can bearly hear the one that comes through the speakers in the open space, especially when there are classes. I mean, why do we have to hear the music and the shouting of the instructors when we train individually?

PureGym claim to be a “safe space”…
PureGym claim to be a “safe space” however it’s a joke, the staff do nothing when creeps go round the gym videoing other gym users on their phones. Even when reported the staff do nothing, I’ve reported it twice in the last 2 weeks.

Loving Pure Gym
Loving Pure Gym - I tend to go to classes - the instructers are all very friendly, helpful and always challenge the class (which I need)

The gym is new and can get crazy busy…
The gym is new and can get crazy busy during some peak times ( all visible on the app ).
Only criticisim is that its been open for 3 months and the wifi still isnt working for customers, yet the staff wifi is ok.

Excellent service
Excellent service, high quality equipment and lots of it. Having a 24 hour gym is super useful as late night sessions are fun. Would strongly recommend PureGym.

Incredible
Absolutely incredible.
The equipment and facilities are clean and work perfectly. The gym staff are friendly and great to talk to.
Overall a massive step up from my last gym for a cheaper price.

Staff and facilities are great but too…
Staff and facilities are great but too many members walk around with mobiles, parking themselves on machines to watch tik tok and not exercising, staff does nothing to prevent this. Too many young kids are there wasting time rather than ready to exercise.

Very busy very noisy, no air con hot .To many kids with attitude and young girls hoging equipment whist on phones good equipment but to like a school gym for me also parking nightmare never again

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website, to see how many people are in the gym.
