I’m happy with the gym but lockers need changing
The gym is always clean and the members of staff are always happy to help. The only concern I have is the fact that most of the lockers are beyond repair and should be exchanged. Overall I’m quite happy with the gym.

We always aim to provide a broad spread of kit to cater to a range of fitness needs and meet demand as it changes through the day, getting the balance right between weights and cardio, but if you have any other/specific suggestions please approach the Gym Manager or leave a note in the feedback box, which is regularly reviewed.
Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.

I would definitely recommend PureGym to…
I would definitely recommend PureGym to anyone who wants a friendly, helpful gym experience ! I’ve recently completed PT sessions with Helen who works there and she was lovely ! She was always there over text when I needed her and there pushing me to my limits every time. All her workouts were different and I learnt so much which I will now remember when alone in the gym. I also attended her gym classes on an evening which are included in the PureGym membership and they were also very enjoyable as well as challenging.

Pure gym St. James Boulevard
Nice and quiet. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. As well as all the equipment is well maintained. I would recommend compared to the 'Eldon Garden pure gym'.

Overall the experience was positive
Overall the experience was positive. The only drawback (but a major one), was the lack of pull-up bar.

I love pure gym because
I loved pure straight away as the manageress and asistant were very helpful and so friendly. I did look at other gyms, however I love pure gym the best. The lay out suits me great. The back ground music is chilling, just right for a workout. The atmosphere is spot on. I love the table and chairs where you can sit and relax, have a lovely drink from the chiller. The whole place is perfect just like the staff
