Could be more bench press stations and…
Could be more bench press stations and dumbells were all on the wrong stacks so were a bit all over the place but apart from that really good gym, spacious. And 2 wide cables stations is always a plus

Not even that cheap anymore. Worth only if you can't go to a better gym.
Locker room and shower have an horrible smell and are not clean. Shower buttons are annoying and water takes too much time to get hot, which is a pain when its cold. Machines are Matrix brand so the cheapest crap in any uk gym. Only positive is that is not as crowded as Eldon Garden.

No Security in the locker room
No Security in the locker room, lockers can be open after putting locks. Lost my money bag with money.

Things have not gone well from the…
Things have not gone well from the start.
I have been in email contact with Marc Irish and Katie Patterson to resolve the membership which since purchase has not been used.
I purchased a membership for my son to use.
The purchase was for the monthly plus which I believed that if the primary gym chosen was Newcastle Eldon Garden it would give him access to more gyms than if Newcastle St James was chosen. Newcastle St James is the one he primarily attends. I have paid for a yearly fixed membership with effective start date 31/08/2023 however when he came to use it for the first time last Saturday (2nd September 2023) was unable to do so and had to pay for a daily pass.
What do I need to do so that he can access the Newcastle St James gym without having to pay for daily passes there?
Katie Patterson supplied a link for member services, however need to speak to someone to resolve.

Fixed term memberships are for the access to 1 gym only. To access multiple gyms anytime, a member would need to be on a monthly paying Plus membership. We would advise asking your son to email member services - member.services@puregym.com. They will be able to take a look at his account and advise him further.
