Spacious, loads of equipment!

The space is large well lit and spacious, so it didn’t feel overly busy, and had loads of equipment, I seemed to be very close to the top limit of a lot of it though, like dumbbells and cable machines.

Great workout though! Thanks!

Good gym

Good gym.
But I wanted to ask when some of the out of order equipment will be repaired? 1 rower and the long pull machine have been broken for months and now the chest press machine is also out of order, how long to wait for that to be fixed?

We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. Ban spray on deodorant in the changing rooms

Good value for money, convenient and good equipment. Rated 4 stars due to gym colour making it feel a bit dark. Branding is fine, but lighten the basement gym up guys. And you should ban spray on deodorant in the changing rooms, it's a health risk and some people don't respond well to it.

Great gym

Great gym and the equipment works really well cheap membership costs aswell which is good for young people with not a lot of money.

No spray & kids

Gym was dirty. Only 1 bottle of cleaning spray-should be more around various areas of the gym so people can wipe down after. Full of kids who were blatantly under 16-this shouldn’t be allowed for many reasons. Serious legal issues with this.

Please may we ask that you contact us directly to discuss this feedback further? This can either be done with your Gym Manager in the gym, or by contacting our Member Services team on member.services@puregym.com.

Our team do have procedures in place if they believe members are under the age of 16, but if you have any concerns about this, please notify staff on site as soon as you can and they can assist with this.

No dilute in the Sports Drink Dispenser three Sunday nights in a row at Pure Gym Castle Quarter Norwich.
Rather annoying when you pay a bit extra for this service.

I enjoyed my experience, would recommend checking out the app before going

The gym is about 40 years more advanced than the one I had last gone to in Buenos Aires, Argentina, but I wasn't able to book an induction so walked right in and got started without any instruction.

I did like the gym, though, and am aware I can get a fuller experience from using the app.

single visit experience

For a single visit you are supposed to get instructions by scanning the code at door, but because the signal is so poor you cannot do it. You have to upstairs where the signal is better (but the you cannot scan the code!). Then you have to register and even though you are a tourist, you should have a British post code, which you do not have! So you need to invent one (and know the right format, which I did not). Going in you are told to get a lock to the lockers at the vending machines. But there is nothing. When you ask the personnel, they say you should buy one (for a single visit!). I did not and it worked ok.

Everything's usually pretty good

Everything's usually pretty good, but there hasn't been locks on the male bathrooms for like 2ish? Maybe more months now, feel like some new equipment/machines wouldn't go a miss,but most equipment is pretty up to date

My gym experience is amazing all the staff are absolutely incredible their so helpful and so kind to everyone they help with anything you need and the gym feels like home to me

I started training at puregym castle…

I started training at puregym castle mall a little over 2 years ago. And out of all the other gyms I have tried in Norwich I cant speak as highly of the one at castle mall

The staff are friendly great prices and equipment, a convenient location in the city

If you are new to norwich and looking for a gym I can highly recommend this location
