I do think that they can do more Zumba sessions after 5pm. The rest is all good for me :)

You get what you pay for really. There always seems to be 1 or 2 machines broken and a few not in good condition plus a pet peeve of mine is the weights are never put back or if they are it's rare they're in the right spot. Even when the staff out them back they just find the nearest space. Saying all that is is relatively cheap so you don't expect the best

The only reason I chose this gym was for the ladies section but quite often male PT's would just walk in with no warning. They say they need to "clean the area" but most of the time they would just have a chat with another colleague or someone working out. Highly unprofessional and not necessary. If it was the case that the section needs cleaning, please can you organise a specific time frame for this and put up an announcement or notice on the wall? Or just get female employees! There's no point of having a ladies section when anyone can just walk in. This happened to me multiple times when I used to go here a few years ago. I hope this has changed as I do like the gym overall but it stopped me from coming back.

I love the fact that it has a dedicated lady’s only area. My only problem is.. most classes are only 30mins, doesn’t feel like I’ve had a good workout and seems a waste of journey. I love Ian’s classes and Lizzie is pretty good as well. 😁

I only come here because I got a cheap deal. The gym is fairly well equipped but the clientele here have no respect for the gym. Went tonight and weights and dumbbells literally all over the floor. Customers fill the disabled bays because they're too disrespectful to park a few yards further. All the women are segregated upstairs, not because they want to but because the majority of the clientele insist.. you know what I mean. The staff need to grow some balls

I attend mostly the lunchtime sessions as I can only fit in a half an hour workout and go to the gym on my lunchbreak, so it is important in this time to work up a sweat during these 30 minutes! A few recent lunchtime sessions have been lack lustre and half the time the sessions begin late and there is too much explaining of what exercise comes next. Have us jogging on the spot whilst you explain things and certainly arrive (all set up) on time! On a few occasions the sessions don’t start for 5 minutes after time and then finish early, which really demotivates me. I had a workout time of 22 mins (inc warm up and cool down) last week. Which is poor! Ian’s Tuesday lunchtime sessions are always fab, he always starts on time and I feel I get the most from my 30 min sessions– I wish he did more lunchtime slots and would like Combat to come back, it was always really well attended so I was surprised it finished! I hope to see some improvement soon.

Excellent so understanding with my membership as my child been in hospital. One thing I was unhappy about I was turned away and so was another lady only 4min up due to being stuck in the same traffic on the main road outside the gym.class timing pretty strict even few mins late they don’t let you in and the class only just started.

Disgrace, unclean, I went Friday 9.9.22, and 11.9.22 morning, it's an absolute joke, litter all over the place untidy, unclean, I went Sunday morning 9.30, same again, bins, overflowing etc, no sign of a cleaner, I don't like complaining, but it's happening quite often now , is having a clean gym too much to ask?

The ladies only area in the gym is the reason why I was able to start going tot he gym. I recommend this gym to any new people who want to try going to the gym. While I do hope there could be some new equipment in the ladies only area as there is quite some equipment which I need to go downstairs to use, which is quite troubling. Anything else, both the staff and the environment is really friendly and comfortable.
Lovely gym only issue is in the ladies area when there's a class going on the instructor uses a mic on full volume and its so irritating

I was on the lat pull down machine on my last set doing a lot of weight, when I was pulling it down to do my first rep the belt snapped and my body didn't react quickly enough to stop going backwards. Therefore, this made me fall backwards and snap my back backwards causing huge pain to my lower back. Additionally, the bar hit my head and damaged the lens of my glasses as they fell to the floor. I am very disappointed regarding this whole situation as I have noticed that machines are regularly broken at the gym and not well serviced. I am very lucky that the bar did not knock me out. I feel like I have lost confidence coming to the gym and afraid that next time I am at the gym the machine will break again and could do a lot of damage to stop me from going to work. I was in bed for over a week recovering, tried contacting customer service and was appalled as they did not come back to me as soon as possible especially how severe the accident was. I would avoid going to this gym as they simply do not take care of the equipment.

Terrible facility, always overcrowded and busy with people. Allot of the equipment is very old and the metal has rusted lots of machines not working and out of order, all the treadmills are in very poor condition and do not function properly without making noice. The classes always make ALLOT of noise and banging that is heard throughout the building during those times. Parking is at the site is always a crowded and even the disabled spaces are mainly filled by those without any disabilities. This place should be shut down and demolished then rebuilt to proper standards with new equipment and working machines. In comparison the gym group has a much better facility with all new equipment all on one level and with no need for ladies only rooms.
