I recently joined this gym, and it has exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The state-of-the-art equipment provides a comprehensive workout experience, catering to all fitness levels. The staff is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Cleanliness is a top priority here, and the well-maintained facilities reflect that commitment. The variety of classes offered ensures there's always something for everyone, making workouts enjoyable and diverse. Overall, this gym stands out for its commitment to excellence, making it a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a positive and effective fitness environment.
From my personal experience I highly recommend Mali, to anyone looking for a skilled and inspiring personal trainer at this gym.

I like the range of equipment, all the basic equipment is there, there’s a wide range of free weight too which helps to a good workout however the toilets are always either filthy or blocked. I’ve lost count of the amount of times the toilets have been out of use, or the gym closed for maintenance. As a woman using the gym, a clean toilet should be the bare minimum so that is frustrating and the reason I cannot give 4 or 5 stars.

I had the unfortunate experience of being a member at Pure Gym, and I must say that the staff at this gym is good at most times however one staff in particular left me very disappointed and not pleased as i have typically had a good experience at other puregyms. It's not often that I feel compelled to write a bad review, but my encounters with this staff member were consistently disappointing.
First and foremost, the customer service she provided was abysmal. she seemed disinterested and indifferent to the needs and concerns of the members. It was as if she were going through the motions without any genuine care for the people they were supposed to be serving. I never felt welcomed or valued as a member, which made my visits to the gym a truly underwhelming experience.
Additionally, I found her be unprofessional in her behavior. There were instances of her engaging in personal conversations on her phone, often ignoring the needs of members who required assistance or had questions. It's not unreasonable to expect a certain level of professionalism and courtesy from the staff at a fitness facility. additionally i overheard her a few times making fun of the members as they've walked away making inappropriate comments and who is to say she hasn't done the same for me.
I am unable to get the woman name but she is the manager which makes it exceptionally worse she is a short middle aged African woman and i would like she be dealt with immediately as she is ruining the experience for us.

There is always something wrong with the bathroom.
But it has been more than 1 momth since the drinking water tap is not working.
Water is somethig that is a mandatory thing in the gym. People are bringing there own bottles but sometimes one bottle is not enough when you are doing heavy workout.
This is a careless behaviour from the.management that they are not fixing this problem

Don’t feel comfortable as a woman. Men stare at you like dogs the second you walk in, as you must pass the entire gym to get to the changing rooms. Has most machines for a small gym however not enough space in free weights room- can fit 9 people max, so not worth paying £28 per month. Staff are alright and location is convenient though

I recently joined the new gym in town and wanted to share my experience. Overall, I am thoroughly impressed with the facility and the top-notch equipment they provide. However, there is one major drawback that I must mention—the limited availability due to its popularity.
Let's start with the positives. The gym boasts an extensive range of state-of-the-art exercise equipment. From cardio machines to free weights and resistance training, they have everything you need for a comprehensive workout. The equipment is well-maintained, and you can tell that the gym management takes pride in providing a high-quality fitness experience.
The gym itself is spacious, clean, and well-designed. It creates an inviting atmosphere that motivates you to push your limits and achieve your fitness goals. The staff members are friendly, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist you if needed. The cleanliness of the facility is commendable, with staff regularly sanitizing equipment and maintaining a hygienic environment.
Now, let's address the issue of limited availability. Due to the gym's popularity and the sheer number of members, finding an open spot during peak hours can be quite challenging. The gym gets very busy, and sometimes it feels overcrowded, especially during evenings and weekends. This can be a bit frustrating, as it may lead to longer wait times for machines or difficulty accessing certain areas of the gym.
To their credit, the gym management is aware of this problem and actively working on solutions. They have introduced online booking systems and are considering expanding their facilities to accommodate more members. However, it will take some time before these measures fully alleviate the issue. In the meantime, it would be wise to plan your visits during off-peak hours if possible.
Despite the availability issue, I would still highly recommend this gym for its exceptional equipment and overall quality. If you can manage to adjust your workout schedule or don't mind occasional waits, the benefits of training at this gym outweigh the inconvenience. Just be prepared for the busy periods and plan your workouts accordingly.
In conclusion, this gym offers a fantastic fitness experience with top-notch equipment and a well-maintained facility. However, the limited availability due to high demand can be a challenge during peak hours. If you're willing to work around that, you'll find a gym that provides an excellent environment for achieving your fitness goals.

Love the lifting platforms, although they are quite tight together, but great to have proper platforms.
It's a very small gym so you can't expect alot but they've packed in a decent amount & range of equipment.
Toilets are a mess and there is no mobile signal or wifi, however for what I pay and need on the days I go there it does the trick.

Absolutely crap, I’ll be letting friends and family know.
Worst gym experience ever. I’ve been going to gyms for 20 years! Disgusting customer service.

Poor mobile signal, no wifi, water pressure is wayyyyy too high. For £28 you'd expect a much better experience!!!

My visits to the PG gym are generally uneventful since it opened. Was rather annoyed yesterday when one of the benches was sweaty and wasn't wiped down. I had to look for the cleaning spray everywhere, Why cant they have these things dotted around everywhere with tissues? To me hygiene is everything !
