This is a local gym with a decent atmosphere and the equipment you need for a good workout. The classes are also good when they are on but unfortunately I have booked classes and no one has been there to deliver the class. This has happened a few times and would be good to at least be told when a class is not running.

No instructor and no cancellation
I made a special effort and rushed to the 1.15 circuits class but there was no instructor and no cancellation notice.

I like to use the spin bike (only one…
I like to use the spin bike (only one available). It has had a fault on its seat adjustment for over 6 months.
I have requested for it to be looked at but still nothing has happened for the fault to be rectified.

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment are fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment or would like a follow-up on your previous request, please notify staff on site as soon as you can. Thanks, PureGym.

I’ve been going to palmers green gym…
I’ve been going to palmers green gym for more than a year now.every single time I go there there’s same problem.the air conditioning blowing cold air in the middle of the winter.i get warm up and after 2min you are cold again.this is unacceptable people can get injuries because of this.i have tried to talk to the staff including the maneger non of them seems to care.ive talk to one lady who works there but she was not helpful at all.she was very moody she didn’t even look at my face and said she doesn’t wanna fall out with the manager.like I said I’ve been there for long time and this lady seems to care about only her friends.only one young guy who works there is very helpfull.but the others just sit in their position and play with their phones and chatting among theirselfs.i will probably join to a different gym I had enough with this people.

Cancelled my membership and I am moving…
Cancelled my membership and I am moving to another gym. Fed up with the toilets not working. Fed up with the lack of cleaning. Fed up with nothing being done. It got to the stage where I was taking my own cleaning materials in with me. I’ve given PureGym a year and a bit to resolve these matters with no real improvements.
Enough is enough !!!!!

A lovely friendly and welcoming gym
Attended Pure Gym Palmers Green on a 3 day pass. On arrival I was greeted by member of the gym team who immediately made me feel very welcome, and guided me towards the changing area.
The gym itself and studio area are quite small and I could image gets very busy at peak times, but it is well set out with lots of decent equipped, everything was in working order and there was a good vibe about the place.
I really enjoyed my experience at Palmers Green and will definitely return whenever I am in London.
