Told the staff member and he was only annoyed that I interrupted him chatting up and swooning over the very young female gym goers at reception . I left after 2 weeks when I realised they couldn’t be assed

Gym session
Location is good only downside is certain times it’s busy with kids who just sit on the machines talking or using the machines wrong some nights I go in and only stay for about half an hour then leave .

Where possible, we ask that members share equipment between sets, to ensure that all members are able to get the most out of their workout. Although sometimes this isn't possible, we do ask that other members are taken into consideration when taking breaks between sets.

I was happy with the Gym atmosphere and…
I was happy with the Gym atmosphere and the equipment is very new and all working well. There is enough of everything for everyone.
The workout room is far too loud when a class is taking place I can here it even wearing headphones.
The showers are hard to keep clean because the shower heads are fixed to the wall. A better system would be an extractable hose to the shower floor can be sluiced before use to wash away body hair.

Works for my Lifestyle
Puregym Derriford works for me, easy free parking, loads of classes to choose from in the evenings and a nice atmosphere. The classes book up quickly though! The classes themselves are really good the instructors know their stuff and the reps and exercises are brilliant. I joined this gym on my own, so was a little worried - but first class was great, and staff all friendly and helpful. The gym is always busy - which I like (going in the evening can sometimes be daunting if there are only 2-3 people in it!) so I like that its busy which might be controversial! The classes however are never overcrowded because of the max number. All in all I'm glad I signed up and am enjoying it.

Really good gym but why do PTs have to play their music so loud when taking a class in the gym where there are people training? .. I can even hear it through my headphones? Other than I really enjoyed training there...
