Really nice gym with super friendly staff. Gym is always spotless and plenty of space across both floors with a variety of equipment. I’m using a PT Daniel Gilmore at the moment and he has really built my confidence surrounding myself and going to the gym! Highly recommend this gym to anyone!

I started using this gym daily in November 2024. All was fine, however, it's seems they have got rid of their cleaner. The room upstairs where classes are held is disgusting. There is public hair and bitten off nails on the floor. They have been there for at least 10 days, there is no one atound to report it to
There is never anything to wipe the machines down, no hand wash or toilet paper. The toilet paper is all in balls around the sink and splatted on mirrors. It's full of children strutting around like they are in a nightclub. No staff around. The machines are normally full of people taking photos of themselves. The showers are pathetic and the water is cold. There has been a pair of knickers left to 1 side for at least a week. It has gone down hill badly and quickly.
As a beginner, I find the helpful answers in this app to be very useful.

Excellent gym where you always feel at ease thanks to the helpfulness and kindness of all the staff. It has all kinds of equipment, the classes are very effective because they are run by trainers who know their job. I could have changed gyms many times as there are others in town, but I am loyal to PureGym as my body has been transformed since I have been there.

I was given a friendly welcome by a member of staff (Danny? Red hair), who explained to me how membership works and gave me a tour of the facilities. Danny (?) answered all of my questions fully and made the procedure simple. I used the Cross-Trainer only (I'm in recovery from a knee replacement and need to strengthen my leg) and found the unit easy to use and effective. Thanks

The only thing going for this gym is it's 24hrs. The place stinks of sweat, mold, & damp clothes. Also nail clippings around machines on the floor bottles under machines. Dust everywhere to the point we've been writing in it to see if it gets cleaned. They just clean where the writing was that's it. Men's changing rooms have cloths on the floor that have been there for days. Understand that cleaning the machines after use is down to the users which is fine but are we suppose to dust inside the machines? I'm not paying to a monthly membership to clean the gym I'm paying to use it. The staff who are there are lazy and just sit in there little pt zone and hope no one disturbs them. I'd have give it a 0 rating but you can't

Easy access, good machines. But no mat area for sit ups/stretching.
Love this gym and recently been using a PT Dan Gilmour. Passionate about what he does and a credit to your company.

A well eqipped, large and clean gym. It has a wide range of ages and fitness levels along with a friendly atmosphere.

Overall not a bad experience, the gym is a little cramped and would be worth avoiding at peak hours though.
My main gripe was the state of the showers!
Clearly not cleaned everyday unless you have wolves using the facilities.
Pubes, hair and snot on the walls and floor.
Cleaning needs a serious look at.
Edit: April 15th
No change in the shower conditions, one is out of order and another is now blocked causing scum to rise up out of the plug.
Team member ((Josh Lovell)was extremely helpful in giving me a guided tour and a brief explanation of the various equipment I am likely to use after establishing what my goals are. A thorough run through of the membership options and various optional classes was given also.

There is a great selection of classes and equipment and the staff are very friendly and approachable. There are so many different ways to get fit - classes, gym equipment or using one of the PT's. I have had Matt Smith as my PT for 3 months now and my condition has come along in leaps and bounds.
I would much rather make time now for Puregym than make time for illness in later life!
