Great to have a 24/7 gym
Great to have a 24/7 gym. Parking is never a problem. There is always a good buzz and cleanliness is well maintained. Need to increase the number of lockers downstairs and also the core training area.

Love the gym
Love the gym, facilities and ease to use. Classes I have been to so far have been great too. Just wish there were more weekend classes so that I could do more classes around working.

Really enjoyable Zumba classes
Really enjoyable Zumba classes. Good class availability with 3 different days a week. It is worth getting the plus membership where you can bring a friend with you for free up to 8 times a month, worth it.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club.
Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.

Enjoying PureGym!
Although I’ve just recently joined, I’m really enjoying PureGym. Lots of good free weights/machine’s and decent cardio equipment too. Also good to see plenty of Concept 2 rowing machines. It will take a while to navigate it all but It’s something to look forward to. A good atmosphere, which is so important. The spin cycling class was awesome, cheers Danielle! More classes to try out in the future. Value for money? 100% Cheers to Craig too for giving me a tour of the gym before I joined.

It has got everything what I was…
It has got everything what I was looking,and am there since opened. Especially, two floors, good car park,24 hrs facilities, staff are helpful etc.

Pure Gym on Caversham Road is the Best…
Pure Gym on Caversham Road is the Best of all I've been to! 🏆 It's masive! There are a lot of different machines over two floors, and is very well looked after! It's clean and well organised! 👌 I love the White Motivational Wall... impressive! What a brilliant idea! 👏
The Manager Luke is a Great guy, he helped me and advised me on my situation, basically saved the day! 💯 Thank you a BILLION Luke and all of the Team! It's a pleasure to visiting and I enjoy my workout!💪 I am glad to discover Pure Gym on Caversham Road!

I enjoy going to the gym, knowing the machines and equipment I want to use are very often available, it's a warm, open space, nice changing rooms and overall I can get a good pump when I want

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website, to see how many people are in the gym.

Poor Public Announcements
Everything is great in that gym. The only tiny thing that you might want to improve is the quality of the public announcements. Occasionally, the voice of a girl comes on the speakers, clearly making some kind of important announcement, but I haven't met anyone yet you can hear it. The recording is bad such that the words seem to lack any enunciation. She could be talking about fire procedures or giving us a her recipe for the perfect flapjacks: I haven't a clue!
