We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website, to see how many people are in the gym which is useful for planning ahead.

Pure Gym it's very clean
Pure Gym it's very clean, I can see the staff cleaning constantly and the staff it's very kind, I recommend the gym in Caversham, Reading where I go to train my self.

We do our very best to provide a wide range of classes, so that members have a variety of ways to workout and also do so, in a short amount of time, as we understand some members are crunched for time or just prefer shorter (but effective) workouts.

Ok but dirty
Generally great gym with lots of equipment at fair prices. However, hygiene could be improved, especially during these times. Equipment is not cleaned after used, no towels are used, hands are barely disinfected. I know this is with the gym crowd but maybe PureGym could overlook / enforce the measures a bit more!

We do still encourage all members to bring their own towels and wipe down equipment after use with the cleaning stations provided. We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club as we fully understand the importance of cleanliness.

The main room where the classes take…
The main room where the classes take part is not cleaned daily as you can see the floor is full of dirty (mainly hairs).

Brilliant instructors ,feel very comfortable being in classes , as a middle aged , slightly overweight Woman… and lots of classes to choose from…
