Very busy Gym resulting in waiting to…
Very busy Gym resulting in waiting to use equipment.
No cleaning stations so equipment could be wiped down after use.
Equipment is beneficial when able to get on them!

The atmosphere is so welcoming and friendly, I have enjoyed using the classes, especially Jake leadbitters he is so lovely and made me feel comfortable and confident in trying the activities, i love stepping into the gym it’s such a lovely environment and very clean, would highly recommend!! And have been going for a while now! Love it

Not enough plate loading machines too…
Not enough plate loading machines too many pin loading machines.No cleaning equipment to wipe down other people's sweat off equipment

PureGym prides itself on being able to offer state of the art fitness facilities to our members in a safe and welcoming environment. We developed industry-leading cleaning and hygiene protocols to help keep our members and employees safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, however, with the reduced risk and in line with the Government’s ending of legal restrictions, we have decided to remove self-cleaning stations in our gyms, which will also support our sustainability objectives by reducing our paper towel waste. We’re proud to say that many of the protocols implemented during lockdown, such as frequent and regular cleaning, and improvements to our air ventilation systems, will continue to be a core part of our TrainSafe Commitment.

Better good than bad
What you expect from a 24hr gym.Free weights are good plus squat racks .But the fixed weight machines?why oh why can't 24hr gyms upgrade a bit and buy plate loading machines which the better ones like hammer strength are more ergonomic to the body

Well equipped gym
Well equipped gym, good classes friendly and helpful staff. Only downside is the cold showers.

It seems as though it is over…
It seems as though it is over subscribed as I can’t get on any classes and I have had to queue to use gym equipment.

Handy and clean, but no help from staff
Like the 24hours and that I can get in to the gym when I want.
Really don't like that there is very little advice from the staff. Unless they are running a class, they are dismissive of people's needs.

PureGym is the best experience I have had so far, it is a good place to cure yourself without consulting your physician or doctor.

A total disappointment
A total disappointment. I used to travel to Bedford to Puregym and was really excited when they opened one in Rushden. Until I got there…The gym is TINY, equipment awkwardly placed in no sense making order. It was a huge downgrade from the Bedford one to me so I quit. Considering how long I had to wait for treadmills etc I realised the same can be done at home with dumbells… recently my partner asked me if we should join and I checked- £23 per month for THAT Waitrose spare room… No way Jose. Pemberton centre is more expensive but it has EVERYTHING.

Teething issues
Not had any real issues and always a hassle free environment. Only downsides I've come across so far are the lack of WIFI in the gym which is still ongoing after 2 months and the amount of time it takes them to repair broken equipment. There has been a chest machine broken for well over a month now which in a busy gym is ridiculous.
Otherwise a great place to go and work out

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.

great gym, well aquipped, only reason for four stars is when a machine is faulty it is out of order for weeks not days as you would expect
