Classes at PureGym
I enjoy the classes and the weights etc are easy to use. The class sizes are quite full though and if doing a pump or class using the weights there's not enough room as you have to stand quite close to the next person. It is quite difficult to book a class as they get booked up quickly.

New found inspiration to a new me
Bookings via the App are so easy to manage and really helpful with organising me to book and fit in classes around my busy life. Very clean changing rooms. Lovely staff and very helpful. Really enjoy this new lease of life Pure Gym gives me.

The gym instructor was friendly
The gym instructor was friendly, helpful and encouraged all participants to work harder and keep going. The variety of exercises within the timeframe of class timetable was good and well thought out.

It is impossible to book any sessions…
It is impossible to book any sessions on the app. Everything is always fully booked and the waiting lists are ridiculous. The gym itself is great but the big let down is the availability of classes

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.

Great kit...very busy at peak…
Great kit...very busy at peak times..music not to my taste... classes drown out music.shower cold. Overall Good. Staff helpful.

Could be a great gym but you can't get on the equipment easily. Younger members of the gym need to supervised more closely

The staff are brilliant
The staff are brilliant. I do classes as well as individual workouts. They are all so friendly.

Really great
It's an excellent, clean, modern great size gym with lots if equipment, free weights and machines and lots of squat platforms. The only reason it's not 5/5 is because it just needs a decent lying abdominal cruncher. Then it would be perfect

Equipment risk..but the gyms cheap.
Positives:
Gym is clean, well presented inside with a good layout.
Has a lot of equipment mostly.
24 hours access
Classes table
Water access
Good changing rooms
Locker access "need a padlock"
Negatives:
Car parking length is restricted to 2 1/2 hours.
Lacks exercise bikes if that's your thing.
Also no tv on any cardio equipment
Gym is overly busy unless you wish to train at 1-5am in the week. Weekends are quieter.
A lot of under 18s now at the gym.
Some members are letting non Gym members in the gym during unstaffed hours.
A lot of people are breaking equipment or messing with equipment which can cause harm to others.
I myself have suffered a cut on my arm from a metal ring off a pin which was securely into the weights at 32kg which is not heavy and shouldn't of popped off. I now have a permeant scar which is still red and enflammed over a tattoo petal which is quite annoying. I have raised it to deputy and gym manager and was just told that it shouldn't of happened and that was it.
I have been to over 15 other gyms throughout my lifetime and never had any cause of injury from equipment.
Their appears to be new broken equipment every time I have been to the gym so not sure if I can trust the equipment. This appears accross some of the other puregym gyms as friends have also raised this to me once they were aware of my recent issue.
So if your on a cheap budget, don't mind busy gym with over 50-150 members in the gym except between 1-5am and can risk injury from equipment then this gym would be good for you.
If your concerned then perhaps ask for a day trial to see how you feel.
This review is completely a honest review on my expierence at the gym.
May I add customer service via the main customer server team via messenger was very helpful when I first was signing up.
Amended to 1 star from 2 star, as puregym replied to my review and didn't read it all as I have already mentioned in this review I have contacted the manager and deputy manager of the gym without a response.

Great team, unpretentious atmosphere
It’s been a few years since I’ve been the the gym and it was starting to show!
The team at Rushden are great. Done a few classes to get me back up to speed. Now feel comfortable in all areas of the gym.
Relaxed atmosphere, unpretentious and anybody should feel comfortable being a member.

On the whole an excellent gym
On the whole an excellent gym. Only minus point is they only have 1 resistance machine of each type so have to wait to use at busy times

The classes are very good which is what…
The classes are very good which is what I enjoy the most, the personal trainers are all very friendly, the showers do let it down slightly as they are not very warm and do not stay on long enough

I love the accessibility of a Pure Gym
I love the accessibility of a Pure Gym. I arrive, use my QR code to scan myself in and within minutes I’m starting my workout. The changing room is always clean and the equipment is well kept. It’s a perfect venue for keeping fit without any fuss.

Studio far too small so limited spaces…
Studio far too small so limited spaces available for classes. I am paying extra for 2 weeks in advance booking and look exactly 2 weeks before but often spaces all gone.Also on leaflet posted through door there was a picture of a spin class however no spin studio on site. There is a need for a bigger studio or a second one in the larger weights area next to current studio which is often unused. As a result the amount variety and access to classes is very poor compared to Bedford where I was a previous member
