Fantastic Gym
Going to this gym is easy and enjoyable.
The staff are helpful,the equipment works and the studio is great for after workout stretches in a relaxed atmosphere
Really can't fault it!

First of all my issues are more first…
First of all my issues are more first world. However I have never been so frustrated in my life entering the gym the app is slow and sluggish and occasionally logs me out. I just wish you had the wallet feature with the qr code on it. It would be so much more convenient and no you don’t need the database to be updated every so often, almost everyone I have spoke to and this is one of the big things they diss like about the gym. The other hit is the the equipment has been used so much the handles have be come warn and sharp cutting into my hands when using the weights

I love the 24hr gym however
I love the 24hr gym however, equipment is left unfixed for too long. There should be more than one leg extension machine, missing a seated hamstring curl machine, and a pendulum squat rack! Please bring these to Salisbury gym!

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club.
Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.

Amazing Value, Excellent Range of Equipment
Really good value and plenty of equipment which means you can normally access everything you want to each visit. Staff at Salisbury really helpful too. Highly recommend.

Fitting rooms are very cold
Fitting rooms are very cold, aircon seems to work too strong (even after being repaired). Music is too loud, almost everyone are wearing earphones anyways so I have to turn my music all the way to the maximum to hear it

It's the perfect gym
It's the perfect gym. Excellent equipment, magnicently well-run, clean and has the friendliness atmosphere. The Manager and PTs are so welcoming and helpful. I'll never leave.

Convenient and good value
The gym access was very convenient, generally all the machines I wanted to use were available and in working condition.
They do not supply very much extra without charging, but I preferred the low membership fee and direct payment for additional services.

Regarding the PureGym from Salisbury:
Sink area at the bathrooms very dirty and moldy ( needs to be cleaned with bleach ) and still even after 2 months some machines haven't been fixed.

Feels comfortable and friendly
Clean, friendly staff, lots of space and such a variety of people making it comfortable for beginners. Doesn’t feel intimidating and a place I feel safe to go when I need some space and time to think.

Temperatures/air con in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers.
