I like it here. Always buzzing but if you want a quieter time choose when classes aren’t in full flow, there’s a timetable on the app. Great addition to Sevenoaks. Beth and the team work hard to keep it run well. Cheers, Russ

Customer journey
Staff weren’t available to greet, left outside fumbling with QR codes.
Website didn’t recognise my log-in/pin. Having to reset, waiting far too long for a reset. Still not arrived!
Happy to take the money, that all worked fine. Customer service is total rubbish, and I’ve only been experiencing it for 15mins.
First impressions count. Please look away from your bottom line and turn your focus to your customer journey and how you can improve it.

We do apologise for any inconvenience caused on your initial visit.
As an online company, we don't have receptions. However, we have the cylinder POD doors that act as both an entrance and security system. The POD doors monitor entrance with individual 8 digit code.
As well as this, we have staff monitoring the gym, as well as a CCTV team.
Any issues entering the club, please press the assist button which will alert a member of staff. Thanks, PureGym

Great addition to the area!
Not my first time at a PureGym, but my first time at the Sevenoaks branch after becoming a member. Nice new facility, clean and well maintained. All the equipment is brand new and a good variety of cardio, strength machines and free weights. Looking forward to many more visits. Great addition to the area!

Great first experience
Super easy to join and then punch in the key code to get in to the gym. Loads of stations - everything you could possibly need - and really well spaced out. Least intimidating gym I’ve been to.

Expensive
Wanted to join my 2 daughters up so they could visit after school but realised that the sevenoaks pure gym is twice as expensive as any where else I've looked at ??? How can this be justified? Looks like my daughters won't be going to the gym then !

All of our Gym Branches nationwide are priced independently of each other based on multiple different factors such as overheads (building rent, staffing, maintenance etc.) facility size, equipment, different plus benefits and addons offered .
We offer different membership options such as off-peak, core and plus to provide a range of pricing for a single branch .

Seems a good gym
Seems a good gym, reliable and easy-to-use equipment, hassle-free access, no induction needed. I like to listen to my own music, so I’ve learned to choose my times carefully (only the best noise-cancelling headphones have a hope of blocking out the bellowing instructor and booming music that fill the whole gym when there’s a spin class in the side studio room …which, bizarrely, has no door). Also, in such a sweaty environment, it’s disappointing there are no cleaning stations. Apparently they were removed to fulfil ‘sustainability objectives’ and ‘reduce paper towel waste’, if you believe that.

PureGym prides itself on being able to offer state of the art fitness facilities to our members in a safe and welcoming environment. We developed industry-leading cleaning and hygiene protocols to help keep our members and employees safe during the COVID-19 pandemic, however, with the reduced risk and in line with the Government’s ending of legal restrictions, we have decided to remove self-cleaning stations in our gyms, which will also support our sustainability objectives by reducing our paper towel waste. We’re proud to say that many of the protocols implemented during lockdown, such as frequent and regular cleaning, and improvements to our air ventilation systems, will continue to be a core part of our TrainSafe Commitment.
