Hard work not as keep fit but access
Sorry but to be honest it was a right work up which is something you don't won't wasted time getting in first time I went through my pin not working and had to wait over 45 minutes for somebody to get me in hopefully only a glitch looking forward to visiting the pure gym site.

Absolutely brilliant. It takes you to the edge, through having fun at the same time. The good vibes Gordon creats is really unique, from the music to the instructions he gives.
He is such a good people person, he gives everyone a bit of he's time for a chat and congratulations in completing the class. I travel from Gosport to Shirley to participate in he's class as it's so good. If Gordon was to leave i wouldn't hesitate to give up my membership as he is the reason I kept my membership going.

Amazing
Amazing! First time trying a PureGym, using my sisters buddy pass, and I was impressed to say the least. The staff were friendly, and so were the other gym goers.

It wasn't too busy which was nice but…
It wasn't too busy which was nice but the machines are old and out dated.
The shower was a light spray of luke warm water with a button that has to be pressed every 10 seconds. The light was on a timer and went off shortly after starting the shower. A dark and cold very unpleasant experience.

Temperatures and air conditioning in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers. Cycling classes I’ve attended were all dynamic, fun and challenging. Trainers (I’ve only attended classes by Pak and Gordon) were friendly, approachable and always willing to help. Equipment and studios nicely maintained and clean. Great experience so far!

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment are fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can. Thanks, PureGym.
