Cleaning times spoil decent gym
Fine gym, great equipment, pleasant staff and customers. Cleaning the two changing rooms now done in an hour each between about 9-11 (the men's by a female). So showers and/or toilets out of use randomly (there's an accessible shower elsewhere but having to carry kit across the gym floor is just not right, plus it's for people with accessibility needs). Can't always shower or use the loo which makes a session an unpredictable experience and even unpleasant if getting in the cleaner's way/needing the loo or shower. Basically, daytime cleaning at a busy time is off-putting so I use another gym with a more customer-friendly cleaning regime.

Quite small
Quite small, Not very clean, Door system frightening! Was stuck in there for a good half hour as my scanner wouldn’t scan me out. Had to search for a staff member. They wasn’t too easy to find.

PureGym dealt with all my communications promptly. I am diagnosed with Parkinsons and PureGym are supporting me with 12 months free subscription. Their instructions for entry and use were clear and easy to understand. I was using the gym the very next day.

Gym was clean,nonpaper towels in any dispensers,shower/changing rooms smelt when inused the lockers at the beginning of my session andn45 minutes later stillnthe same.

Expectations un-met
I really wanted to talk to someone about options, even though u get a code and video to access the gym, I felt lost with no staff to talk to. There is nowhere to store my bike and the classes I have attended have been below average. I came for a 2 day trial,and not really what I'm looking for. I want somewhere with more of a community feel, support and help.

lovely gym just needs a good clean
tried the gym out for the first time on a day pass to see if the gym was right for me as my daughter is a member of the bath spa. they gym is very nice over the 2 floors and the equipment is in good shape, the main problem was how unclean the place was. the male changing room had a blocked urinal(which look like it had been like that for a few days due to the smell) and used toilet paper all over the floor, the water fountain was running warm which after a work out is not nice. hopefully i went on a bad day.

The Gym is ok
The Gym is ok. I 4 stars instead of 5 because the showers were not cleaned for few days in a row.
