24 hours and the low cost means as a single parent I have the flexibility to train when I can and it’s within budget. The born workouts are great when I’m with my children. The staff are friendly and approachable not to mention knowledgeable. I love the classes they keep me accountable!

The equipment is in good condition and…
The equipment is in good condition and plenty of it. Always clean my only complaint is the music played and constant reminders there may not be staff on site (even when the staff are!). Simple technology exists to see the demographic of users and play music and videos which are more appropriate. It’s all repeated far to frequently too.

Lovely gym & friendly staff
I love how light & airy it is. You don’t feel oppressed or anything. The staff are really friendly. I love netta’s Zumba on a thursday.

Good enough!
For the price you can work out every muscle group, is good enough!
I’d love some heavy bags and a 100m indoor track but it’s cheap as chips and does the job.

Excellent facilities and staff
Always plenty of choice and availability of equipment and friendly and polite staff around if you need support.
24/7 opening is a bonus as I often work shifts and facilities are well maintained - many thanks.

Stafford PureGym demise
The gym has drastically gone down hill in recent months - coincidentally since the beginning of the new manager - Dereece. Firstly, the gym stinks. There is a foul odour in the changing rooms and walkways. A lot of the attachments for the cables have been missing for weeks and haven’t been replaced. The hand dryer in the men’s changing room has broken for months. General mood of people in the gym is much worse than when Jess was manager. I’m strongly considering leaving gyms to go elsewhere unless things start to improve.

1- Easy access to parking
2- I can use gym anytime
3- I can always find exercise machine available as so many of them
So, I find the above points are encouraging me to go regularly and making it very peaceful and content experience.

A decent gym
A decent gym.
Equipment selection is as you would expect. Typically there are slightly too few plates (20s, 10s, 5s) for busy times.
Would be great too see a few bits of kit that are popping up in other gyms like glute ham raise or hip thrust.
