Once signed up online, and completed the Health Declaration form you will be able to access the club straight away!
If you would like an induction ahead of your initial visit you can book this by reaching out to the club direct or booking onto a Get Started class via the App.

Gym was great
Gym was great. Customers great. Could.do with a couple more cross cable.machines as all were in use during the 2 hrs I spent there. Air-conditioning on ground floor definitely needs fixing......it was almost unbearablely too hot to train!!!!! In summary, a great gym and access via day pass very smooth and easy.

The online part was easy but the trying…
The online part was easy but the trying to visit gym was harder, me and my daughter tried twice to get in to look around when you had offer on and nobody answered the buzzer, by the time we got in at later date the offer had expired and although I was given the Managers email address she did not respond so I didnt manage to speak to anyone

Good location
Good location, Lenny of space in gym, clean enough, lots of choice, very affordable memberships, parking easily enough at Tesco. Men’s toilet area floor needs looking at and road bollard removing from the damaged floor

Stevenage gym men’s changing room has…
Stevenage gym men’s changing room has hole in floor looks dirty and tired while floor near entrance barrier constantly comes up and is a trip hazard. Overall machines need a touch of tlc .

I raised my issues with you months ago…
I raised my issues with you months ago and no one bothered to get back to me, the issues i had by trying to pause my membership as i was working abroad for 6 months. Which was never sorted neither was the year before when i worked abroad for 4 months. and the fact the showers are always cold when im going to work at 6am

Stevenage Gym
The gym in stevenage is clean and has All the equipment required. Currently the drinks machine is not working and has been out for a while. As a member that pays for this when will it be repaired so it can be re used

Perfect for early birds
I've been a regular at this gym for quite some time now, and I can confidently say it's my go-to spot for a morning workout. The fact that they're open 24 hours is a huge plus for someone like me who prefers avoiding the crowds. The gym maintains a clean and tidy environment, which is always a welcome sight, and there's no shortage of equipment to choose from. So far, I've encountered no issues or inconveniences. It's the perfect place for those early risers looking for a hassle-free fitness experience.

Unsatisfied
I been coming here for a while, this gym is filthy, barley any cleaning supplies, hardly seen a cleaner. All the equipment all over the place. No health and safety care. Machine are too close together waiting for an accident.
