Stoke east is a joke
Stoke east is a joke. Mens changing rooms have had no lights for 3 weeks. Now can't shower as they are blocked off. Kit is regularly in need of at least WD-40. This gym used to be sound, but people are now thinking of paying a bit extra to somewhere where you can work out without the threat of things being broken.

We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment and all facilities in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any specific concerns about this, please notify staff on site as soon as you can so this can be investigated further. Thanks, PureGym

I visited PureGym at Ravensdale retail…
I visited PureGym at Ravensdale retail park Stoke on trent a couple of times recently and i must say i love the vibe of this establishment at Ravensdale.I also love the layout of the equipment,especially the Sledge Path. It is the first time i have ever seen the sledge path being respected at puregym,often the clients workout and do all types of other excercises on it except the sledge and they all leave equipment laying on it without any regard for its true purpose.The Sledge is a very serious bit of kit and excercise and should be respected as such.I love this gym and look so much forward to returning. TopGym!

Unable to get inside the gym
I applied for the 3 day pass because I've not been to a gym since my knee surgery and I was nervous. I was sent my welcome e mail with my entrance pin. It didn't work and there was no one there to help me. It said the gym was manned until 10 p.m. my daughter went in to find someone but couldn't. We pressed the help button numerous times to no avail. Needless to say I will just go to another gym NOT puregym.

Pure Gym East is the place to train
Pure Gym East is an excellent place to train. The staff are friendly, supportive and on hand for advice if needed. They also listen when you need to talk about something within the gym.
The gym has plenty of equipment and space, and even at busy times it is easy to complete your workout.
The PTs are also amazing. Ben especially has made the difference to my weight loss journey and has supported me in gaining strength, defining muscle and having confidence to push myself in the gym. I would highly recommend him to both males and females.

The manager was helpful and nice
The manager was helpful and nice. He showed us around and demonstrated how to use the equipment.
It's a very awesome experience and we'll be attending more often.
