New bike pedals needed, straps are snapped, takes 10 mins to find a decent bike before a class.

We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club. Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can. Thanks, PureGym

Good gym got all the equipment you could ask for.
It’s a clean and nice gym the activity studio there is decent sized to do some other activity’s.

Signed up yesterday as the current offers gave me a push and attended an induction today with Dylan.
The gym itself is easy enough to access and looked very clean with a wide range of machinery and classes available, it was quiet enough at 0830 and had a nice lay out. I was nervous about attending, having gained some weight and having 0 fitness levels 😂 but Dylan was fantastic. He explained everything to me, showed me round and how to use the equipment, and then answered all my PT questions when I mentioned I was on the fence about booking one.
So far, first impressions of the gym and staff are fantastic :)

Good offer, huge gym
Great limited time introductory of 30% off for 3 months and no joining fee. Went to view gym. Huge place with loads of modern equipment. Quiet enough today (Saturday) yet to see in the week. No loud music, which is great and the only gym I've been to that doesn't. Good app. Signing up was easy online. Can use Dreams next door for car parking, however it's not clear where you can park, hope I don't get fined. The only thing missing from the gym compared to most places are any punch bags, would love to see these there, there's enough space for them, in the studio would be good.

Bring a Buddy Bolt On Misadvertised
Smooth joining process, but no way to add Bring a Buddy Bolt On as advertised so had to buy a second membership.
Followed the correct links on the website to add the Bring a Buddy bolt on but nowhere to actually add this on, but this is only after you've already paid for the membership!

Boxing Equipment
Has been Excellent. Would be better if there was a heavy bag and other fighting equipment available as well.

Is this a gym or social club???
Gym was exceptionally busy (151 persons) and very limited equipment to the point that no less than 3 people were waiting to use each piece of equipment, the vast majority of people were under 25 and obviously just there to meet girls and friends with absolutely no interest whatsoever in working out on their skinny little bodies.My usual gym routine would take 1.5 hours, However this would have been at least double that had I have waited to use the equipment needed to complete my usual training routine. Also the treadmills were fairly old and the belts showed signs of ageing and heavy use wear and tear, More investment needed.

Our gyms are indeed very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website to see how many people are in the gym.
Please also feel free to ask to switch in with a member while they rest between sets, this can also help you keep an even pace between sets. We'll look further into your feedback on renewing the equipment. Thanks, PureGym.
Gym is really good,but classes given…
Gym is really good,but classes given are completely squats squats squats!!!...no other exercises...attended a new class mash up today 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm... expected something different...but was same ...SQUATS?!!! can't feel my knees now...pls improve the classes...

On-going car parking issues
On-going car parking issues, absolute nightmare to park in peak times if you’re lucky enough to get a legal space.
The men’s changing facilities are hit and miss, majority of the time they’re clean and presentable but on occasions not very clean at all.
Still an on/going issue with the men’s hairdryer even after numerous reports to staff that it’s not working.
The overall gym is great, modern equipment and friendly staff.

Very easy joining process and love the…
Very easy joining process and love the App. There’s a lot in it just really slowly discovering. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere in the Gym is very laid back and relaxed. It was my first time going back after years away and I was a bit nervous but soon felt at ease
