Don’t bother if you go to the Stowmarket branch
Easy to join. Excellent website layout. No joining fee and half price at the moment so that’s a winner! Just moved across the country so need to find a new gym!
Easy to use the app to book classes. Brilliant.
ETA - my first review was 5 stars had to change it to 1 star - went and there was NO parking, waited 25 minutes for a space - really small car park as well. Didn’t even get into the gym it’s tiny assumed it was in an industrial estate with loads of parking but it’s not and had to delete my class because I couldn’t get parking, I rolled my window down to speak to a lady at the pay machine and asked if it was just busy because of the men’s cycling event but she said it’s always this busy. Had to cancel my membership because cannot be dealing with that every day, which was a waste of money having to pay for the first month. Joined JD Gym in Ipswich same day and had a look around it and it’s great, it’s on the outskirts of Ipswich with ample parking and costs the same price and no contract and is open 24 hours a day and there are official Les Mills classes there so a bad day got much better.

Exceptional…..just do it you won’t be disappointed.
My introductory visit was warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Having not used the gym for a very long time the staff have all been incredibly supportive and kind. Being older and overweight made me unsure about joining but everyone had been lovely and I don’t feel out of place at all. Vikki the assistant manager in particular has really helped me to feel as though I can achieve my goals. Having previously visited other gyms and classes costing an awful lot more I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality and range of classes and equipment for such great value for money.

Stowmarket rubbish changing facilities
I can't believe how the pure gym in central Ipswich and stowmarket differ so much. Stowmarket has no proper changing rooms a few showers for a big gym. Had a free pass I won't be coming back to stowmarket.

Horrible experience terrible service
Clearly Understaffed I was locked out for 15 minutes nobody came to the front and then I decided to leave and not wait any longer very disappointed.

Avoid terrible gym
Rude staff. Try doing nutrition classes in your own time instead of leaving paying customers waiting around. Especially if you are the only staff member. Poorly run gym and inadequate range of equipment/facilities/staff compared to the many other pure gyms I've been to.

Lovely gym
Lovely gym. It has everything you would need there. JessPT is incredible and I have had awesome results with her. Shannon is always high energy and super lovely. All in all a lovely gym.

The treadmill faces the wall and…
The treadmill faces the wall and there’s no TV or window to look at whilst running. The speakers are quite loud so it’s difficult to hear your own music. Went in during afternoon and not clear who was staff as there was no one wearing uniform.
Quite small. Shower smells mouldy - needs to be bleached. All the lockers seemed to be occupied with belongings without padlocks. Not my best gym experience. Not worth the price. I would pay a bit more for a nicer gym.
