So happy that switch the pure gym. The staff are extremely helpful and one thing I really like about pure gym is that they have a cleaning station. I use to use gym group before, it was my first being at the gym and I was told I need to get my own cleaning agent to clean the mats. The next I came to gym I brought a detol wipes and the amount of dirt on the mat was disgusting. believe gym should always have a cleaning area and the mats should be cleaned in regular.
I’m so glad I switch over. Cleanliness ✔️ good facilities ✔️ good staff ✔️

cheap but poor equipment
it’s cheap but the equipment isn’t great. If you want cardio and free weights it’s fine, but they have that stuff at every gym. The machines are all inferior to what I’ve used at other local gyms.

Gym was clean,well equipped and…
Gym was clean,well equipped and accessible.
The 3 days pass seems too pushy with the consecutive days ,not allowing at least 1 day rest in between the visits.
Didn't enjoy as much as i hoped because i didn't visit the gym cause i wanted to ,i visited because i needed to.

Poor maintenance & poor Sanitary
The gym has no toilet or shower for a week now & no sign it will bother to repair. In fact if anything breakdown in this gym, it will not get repaired for months. The air conditioning leaks in summer & blows cold air in winter. The weights are left all over the place & the toilets often run out of toilet paper. This is cheap gym, and it shows.

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.

Changing room privacy
The gym is well equipped and managed. It would be good to provide some privacy in the changing room by installing cubicles.

I do the Pump, Step and Bodytone classes
I do the Pump, Step and Bodytone classes mainly. Excellent instructors (Ferne and Mary), great facilities. Will be sad to see Pump with Ferne on Wednesday mornings discontinued from November :(

Always busy and the air con leaked every day, this is just stupid and the amount of people is unreal.
Some machines also do not work!
