Great gym, aways open but could lower age to 14 and provide more cleaning spray/papertowels.
I enjoy the gym, the app is helpful showing peak times etc. My grumble would be the lack of anti-bac spray and wipes, I have never seen anyone cleaning the equipment. I would like to see more signs asking people to spray down after use. I would also love to be able to bring my 14 year old to the gym with me but the age limit is 16, i come with my partner and my 17 yr old daughter but my son is left out. Would you consider family memberships and lowering ages if accompanied by an adult?

Temperatures/air con in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers.

Good price but lacking
Good price and the equipment is fine, however the staff seem to be only focused on selling personal training. Perhaps more interaction with all of their customers would help. The music is awful and way too loud.

How do I join?
I walked through the door to speak to someone about joining, two people in uniform watched me make a tit of myself trying to get past the turnstile and offered no assistance. So I walked out, I don't trust online stuff so just wanted to join and get on with it.

Fantastic Gym and good facilities
Great gym, love the flexibility of it being open 24 hours . The app tells me when the gymnis is quiet, which is great . I found the workouts in the app to be really helpful . I also intend to take advantage of some of the classes ,and it is great that these are available.
For feedback purposes I paid for my gym membership for 3 months before I actually attended as felt really intimidated about going.It would be good for staff to follow up all new members and ask how they are and did they need help ,this would have encouraged me to attend sooner. I am still not aware of all the things available and am just muddling through, but hopefully, when I have completed some classes I will feel more confident . Would recommend just have to overcome my own demons for maximum benefit.

I really enjoy the classes
I really enjoy the classes, initially there was a Sunday morning one, which I thought was good, but for some reason it has stopped. Really disappointed ☹️
When visiting the toilets on occasions they need a clean, bins overflowing. I don’t understand why one was not placed on the ground floor.

Really enjoying my time at pure gym
I'm really enjoying my time at pure Gym, I'm a lady in her 60's but don't feel discriminated or awkward amongst others a lot fitter and younger, everyone just gets on to do their own thing. The staff are lovely and very helpful. Two things which aren t so good is that the classes get booked so quick and being my age there are only two that I can do and often find I'm on a waiting list due to the members with a fornightly booking system. Also there is never enough antibacterial lotion or blue paper so the equipment and mats are not clean down as often as they should be by users. But Really enjoying getting fit and losing a bit of weight at my own pace with help at hand when I need it. Staff are lovely.

Plenty of equipment, clean, not too busy. Everyone doing their own thing, never feel embarrassed or ridiculous whilst I’m exercising. Love it!

No frills but good value for money
No frills but good value for money. Can be very busy at peak times, gym normally kept quite clean, a good range of equipment (including free weights). Good no frills experience and bring your own gym towel.

I hope this improves as I only do classes so won’t continue with membership if no improvements this year. Either increase timings so people can do back to back classes or make them longer so it’s worth while fighting the traffic to get there! More good classes during day please.

Lovely gym but...
Actual gym is clean and good range of equipment. However. .
Showers were blocked with hair and nowhere to privately dress.
Loads of younger people congregating around equipment but not using it

Good gym for now
Overall a decent clean gym. I would suggest the gym buys more ropes for tricep workouts as most people wonder around searching for the only 2 there.

Gym its self is great ..quality…
Gym its self is great ..quality equipment..can get busy at times especially between 5-8 pm in week which is expected...classes good when they are on ..loads cancelled recently with barely 2hrs notice but if we dont give 4 hours notice of pulling out we get a strike against our name ..3 strikes and get band from booking classes for a set time.. ...bit unfair... .yes we dont pay for classes as such but they are part of our membership fee obviously have staffing issues that need to be addressed ASAP..
