GYM IS CLEAN & TIDY
GYM IS CLEAN & TIDY, STAFF FRIENDLY
ONLY ONE MACHINE OUT OF ORDER
FACILITIES ARE GOOD, JUST LACKING IN SOME LEG, TRICEP, & BACK EQUIPMENT, WHICH WOULD OF MADE IT FIVE STARS
Could do with a seated & standing calf machines, seated & standing leg curl machine, Tbar & seated rowing machines

Class instructor was clear but hard to see screens on bikes in dark and my bike screen wasn’t working.

Music was too loud recently on…
Music was too loud recently on occasions, which is bizarre since most gym members use headphones to listen to their own preferred sounds. Drinking water has been out of order recently. Gents toilet needs another soap dispenser and dryer. Aircon can't cope on hot days - fresh air ventilation system should have it's own intake cooling. Also too busy because of Tonbridge gym closure. It's usually a pretty good gym but it could lose members if not improving.

Pretty good run of the mill puregym
Pretty good run of the mill puregym. Great for the price. Only downsides are the limited variations of equipment. Particularly the Olympic lifting area which only has one squat rack. Overall far too much emphasis placed on cardio equipment which is to the detriment of the strength and resistance equipment

I absolutely love going to Puregym BUT…
I absolutely love going to Puregym BUT because Tonbridge Puregym is closed all their clients come to Tunbridge Wells which makes it EXTREMELY busy and EXTREMELY difficult to use the machinery we need too and also with Covid it is very busy and everybody is working much too closely. Makes me quite uncomfortable and frustrated.

Unfortunately sometimes things do happen out of our control where we have to close a gym completely for a period of time. We will still try offer our members alternatives so they can continue to enjoy using a gym. Members can use the members area via the PureGym app or website, to see how many people are in the gym which is great for planning ahead.
