Very Nice gym
Nice gym , good friendly staff always willing to help if you need anything, very clean equipment & environment, always cleaning being done if not by the cleaning lady then by the gym staff. Can’t fault it at all pleanty of space , love going we’ve been members since August & haven’t looked back

great gym
great gym, clean and spacious--staff and members are all friendly. Even when there are a lot of people in the gym there is no shortage of equipment !

I would rate this gym a five star…
I would rate this gym a five star brilliant customer service especially from the gentleman who signed me up always greats me upon entering the gym I suffer with social anxiety my self and they took that into consideration and everyone who goes pure gym does their own thing there are no arguments or anything unlike some other gyms.

Perfect when able to visit off-peak
Very nice for functional workouts. A fantastic large studio there that is often free in the afternoons. Avoid like the plague at peak times.

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. To make the most of the space where possible, though, we are always looking to expand and improve our facilities. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app to see how many people are in the gym.

Good value for money
Good value for money. Equipment in good working order. Some people do spend more time on phone than on the equipment they are on, very annoying!

Very spacious
Very spacious, lots of equipment choices, with multiple of favourite/popular ones so you always can go on. No waiting around, no one watching you or mithering you. Is better than what the website pictures show. Went down to have a peek inside before joining

Good range of equipment
Good range of equipment. Could do with a seated leg curl as well though. Staff are friendly and approachable. Particularly the Manager but I don’t know his name.

Having never used a gym before I’m
Very impressed with tyldesley - very comfortable atmosphere with everyone on their own fitness journey & nobody judging.
My negatives… Some classes suitable for myself with health issues are held when not convenient due to work/travel etc & too many sat on equipment not actually using it
I would like the option of using different branches ie when holidaying in UK or when my chosen gym is busy without having to upgrade

The convenience and simplicity of access to the gym
After a long break, I decided to rejoin the gym. I was excited to learn that a new Puregym was opening in my neighborhood; the fact that it was only a two-minute walk from my house bolstered my motivation. So I signed up online, and it was incredibly simple to do so. The app was also quite useful, with a lot of extras like workouts and instructions on how to utilize the gym facilities.
The gym is nice, and for the fee, you get everything you need to accomplish any workout. I haven't tried any classes yet, so I can't comment on those.
The fact that I may use the gym 24/7 is important to me because it is tough to establish a decent pattern for my weekly workouts owing to work commitments. I also don't enjoy peak hours; I prefer it when it's calm and peaceful, and PureGym accommodates my requirements.
So far, I am pleased.

The facilities and equipment are really…
The facilities and equipment are really good but the air con desperately needs cranking up over the cardio area. Any kind of reasonable workout on a treadmill and it’s bordering on uncomfortably warm because of the lack of air con and the fact that the treadmills don’t have in built fans

I like Puregym. It's not the staff's fault, but it drives me mad to see the amount of 72 plate posh cars in the disabled bays.

Gym good, showers not.
Gym is good and the instructors in the classes are really encouraging no matter what fitness level you are working at. However the showers are luke warm and aren't adjustable which is poor for the price of the membership.

First class Gym !!
Open 24hrs, very safe and clean. Very well equipped and laid out spacious. Changing area always well cared for and clean, shower area always tidy and clean. 1st class, very happy member.

Pure Gym Tyldesley is great
Pure Gym Tyldesley is great, the atmosphere is really good. It’s well maintained, clean and doesn’t smell like a lot of gyms do. The staff are friendly and happy to help.
