Gym Is clean
Gym Is clean, staff are friendly and it’s easily access when you get there in the early morning. I like working out between 4-6 am. The equipment is new and staff seem friendly.

Some machines have been broken for more…
Some machines have been broken for more than 2 weeks and there is no telling when they will be repaired. A lot of people go to the gym there is definitely not enough equipment. Machines for exercising the 🍑should not be next to the weights for men.

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.

Cancelled my membership
Fine for cardio work, but weight machines are frequently out of order, not enough bench stations, dumbbell's are usually in the wrong places and finding the right ones can take a while as weight area is usually a mess. Treat new members a lot better than existing ones with better deals etc. Overpriced imo

Good gym
Good gym, equipment is great however the workers were unpleasant towards us, a male worker was looking at us funny and when we was leaving he pulled a dirty look at us.

Toilets stink, showers stink, air con is never on, 3 staff in office and none ever come out and do any cleaning 😔

Some of the worst gym etiquette from…
Some of the worst gym etiquette from members I’ve ever seen in over 6 years of training. Dumbbells never put back, plates all over the floor, bars left loaded, cable accessories all over the place.
There’s also groups of what appear to be 15 year olds, and about 5 at a time, all gathered sat on weight racks etc.
Facilities are good however, very clean and modern equipment but seriously the members need a stern warning to clean up after themselves.

It is in the gym rules that members should return their own weights or risk suspension, but at peak times especially it can be hard to police this. However, staff on site do everything they can while we also have CCTV monitoring the free weights and are looking for new ways to combat this. We would advise raising any concerns you have with the Gym Manager.

Displeasure
1. I happened to be in the abdominals room to do my work and I was told that the master has a group from 5 and I have to leave.
2. In the gym with dumbbells, dumbbells and all the equipment is not really cleaned, the boy who cleans more gets dirty, he has a bucket of water and a dirty towel, he just shows them the water.
3. In the changing room it's fine, but in the showers it's not really okay.
4. There used to be those stands with napkins and disinfectant, they were good for wiping the device before use, but they have disappeared

Inconsistent information
Inconsistent information
Buddy system told initially unlimited, later to find changed to 8 per month.
This would have been no issue except being unaware, led to a waisted journey.
Also my buddy unable to attend until next month. If I was made aware this had changed I would have spread the visits out. Great to have this system appreciated, just lack of communication of changes.
