No working master air con which, despite some industrial fans and portable air conditioners, leaves the gym very warm and unpleasant at times.
Cleaning stations are rarely filled - usually only 1 in 4 are working.

Great gym great staff
Very clean and tidy great staff and personal trainers, although bring a towel as very hot inside the gym when working out please install air con and WiFi for the customers

Amazing Circuit class
I went to circuit class and it was amazing, the fitness instructor went beyond, and did a great job, for us to get the most of it, he was friendly and explaining how to do the exercises, and if you struggle with particular exercise (for me was burpee), then he tells how to do the low impact version. Very impressed of the workout, been for first time today, and would definitely go again!

Absolutely boiling!!
Absolutely boiling!!! No air conditioning, just a few fans which do absolutely nothing. It is a sauna in there and I can’t actually do the workout I want because I think I would faint if I did, and recently have been very close to passing out, even when wearing very minimal sports clothing. I don’t understand how a gym think it’s acceptable. Tesco is lovely and air conditioned, why can’t the gym be. It’s gotten to the point of wanting to cancel my membership because exercising outside in the sun is actually more bearable.

It's getting hot in here....
It's getting hot in here. To get into the gym you walk through the nice, cool Tesco. Then into a sauna of sweating people. The give away is the one, single portable air-con unit next to the reception desk where the staff hang out chatting. Does this gym have operating air-con? If it does, turn the temperature down please.

Plenty of space and equipment
Plenty of space and equipment. Staff are friendly and on hand if needed. The app is a great way to see the busier times if you want to avoid it.

We try to provide as many classes as we possibly can but sometimes they can be limited in some gyms due to staff shortages. We can only apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Good gym with good facilities
Good gym with good facilities. However, wish the gym opened at 6am on a Saturday as Tesco is open from 6am and the gym is inside Tesco. The drinks machine has been broken for ages and the showers are always cold so if that was remedied I would say 5 stars. The classes are good.

Poor standard of facilities
I do enjoy training at puregym wisbech.
However:
Whenever there is a piece of equipment that is broken or faulty it is always out of use for several weeks.
Currently the sport water machine has been out of use for over 3 weeks and having paid the upgraded membership for this service i think this is unacceptable.
Cleanliness of the gym in general is lacking.
Some of the cross trainers have missing or poorly adjusted feet meaning they wobble or sit at a slight angle (or both) They have been like this since the gym reopened after covid restrictions were lifted some time ago!

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.

I think you need more attention to cleaner job.Because is everywhere is dust on the floor around walls, and on some machines, hygiene is low rate.

So many Running machines out of order and the premium water machine out of order
It’s disappointing The flavoured water machine is still not working this has been over a week now. also probably half the treadmills are not working still and in the peak mornings or peak evenings very often there isn’t any available. Nothing seems to be repaired very quick

Poor opening times especially weekends which makes it extremely busy when it is. Facilities are good but generally have to wait use the equipment
