Great gym. Puregym Witney.
Great gym. Machines are well maintained, staff are friendly and very approachable. I don’t attend the classes but they are well attended and people come out smiling and chatting ( and sweating).
Unfortunately the cleaner of the gym has left ( she was an outstanding cleaner, very hard working and very organised) and since leaving, the gym has become very messy , in the gym area and the especially in the changing rooms. This is no fault of the gym staff but Witney needs a good cleaner fast please.

No one cleans the equipment after use
No one cleans the equipment after use, ladies toilets are not kept clean and fresh enough and there are no fun group classes for beginners and no dance/aerobics classes.

Air conditioning doesn’t work at weekends
PureGym Witney is let down by the fact the air conditioning is switched off at the weekend, even on the hottest days of the year.

Air con in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers. Thanks, PureGym

Service was the same day, informative, professional yet delivered in a friendly manner. Covered everything I needed clearly with ongoing support. While I enjoy the gym itself, the customer support service was excellent!!

The atmosphere is great
The atmosphere is great, feels like a proper well maintained gym. Good benifits. Only down side is the parking is always a nightmare and there needs to be at least two of the smaller weight stack machines, such as the chest press, back machine, and leg machines for the sheer amount of people there. Other than that fantastic gym!

too small
too small, too many people, constantly being hassled for the machines by rude, arrogant meatheads. Supposed to share machines between sets- not very covid safe is it?

Welcoming
Welcoming, clean, good layout of machines, spacious areas between machines and good travel flow.
Summer time the air conditioning is very poor against when the gym first opened in 2021 also the shower temperature is a lot cooler now but am now used to it but do wonder about legionnaires. The cleanliness is superb considering how many people train each day. The staff are friendly and very approachable.
