Easy access but some of the machines had been out of order for a while. The showers were tepid which I found problematic as I always shower following my wok outs. No staff present that I saw which concerns me as I have a heart condition and an not sure how safe I am in the game if I encounter a problem. the subscriptions regularly rise and whilst I know that pure gym is a bargain price Gym this attracts a lot of young people who can be problematic on occasions

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.
We have emergency points located in all of our gyms should they need to be used.

I am disappointed with the shower…
I am disappointed with the shower facilities in Bently Bridge Wednesfield the are only luke warm verging on cold. It would be nice to have somewhere to have a coffee and sit down.

We have recently made slight changes to the shower temperatures, to 33 degrees, both to control our energy usage and to reduce our carbon footprint. I dislike the blasting of generic non…
I dislike the blasting of generic non essential (generalized music which is not part of a class). The majority of gym membership have their own curated musical selections which must be blasted in the eats in order to drown out the sounds emanating from the gym speakers.😞

Two tier membership
Every week I am moved out of the functional fitness area to accommodate a ‘boot camp’ why can you not invest in more equipment and have your classes in the actual room for classes? There is not enough room or equipment in the functional area for a class and you shouldn’t get preferential treatment if you pay for a class! I have seen other people moved on too. It’s not good enough.

The staff have the right to politely ask members to finish their workout's else where when a class is due to begin. Members are advised to make sure they check whether a class is running in that particular area before starting their workout or make sure they are finished before the class begins. Not very impressed, machines constantly out of order. Not enough equipment for how many people are signed up there. Could do with more leg training equipment.

Bentley Bridge branch - Getting Unusable
Unfortunately now, the gym is walking on the edge of unusable. The gym for months now has had over 5- 8 pieces of equipment 'out of order' reducing what you can do. Whilst i understand equipment will go down, having it out of commission for months with no end in sight, it now appears pure gym just do not want to get the companies in to fix them and pay the bill. All the while still collecting the same gym fees, which feels like a con as a premium member as i am paying for something I am not getting. At this rate i maybe forced to moved to JD GYM
UPDATE: As of September 13th From 1 star to a 2 star.
Credit where credit is due, the very next day after writing the original review, they had a couple guys in and fixed approx 3 machines. There are still some out and the main issue is that the machines that are out are the main stays for most people, so would be nice if this was rectified, but they have come in and repaired about 40 percent now, so it's a step in the right direction.

Bentley bridge pure gym is a mess
Bentley bridge pure gym is a mess. Equipment out of order, water leaks in roof resulting in equipment not being available. Mass overcrowding! How can you do a session if you’re having to wait 10-15 mins between exercises! At least the staff are friendly though!

A great place get fit/maintain fitness
A great place for me to maintain a level of fitness and flexibility,the atmosphere is relaxed, staff are friendly and approachable,willing to give advice when needed, some of the equipment is now in need of a little TLC but overall a good experience.

Gym is far too busy!
Gym is far too busy every day. Too many groups of people hanging around on one machine for sometimes up to an hour.
