I expected you to invest into new machines I am disappointed after a year I spoke with the manager Tom and he said you don't have money to buy new machines I said what would be useful and what to change for a year, nothing has changed so just a waste of time talk about it Sorry for honesty

Machines are always broke
Machines are always broke. And not exaggerating, they stay broke for months. The one I use, Bentley bridge Wolverhampton, doesn’t really have many machines, so when a machine is broken, you really notice it.

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.

This is a great gym and the instructors…
This is a great gym and the instructors are all really friendly. I really enjoy the classes and come here with a number of my family who feel the same. I would highly recommend it. It's quite busy but that's because people like coming here and there's a good atmosphere too.

I just notice that is weird that since I join this gym the same machines that were out of order on my first day that was like a mouth ago are still out of order now. I pay a gym to use all of the machines don’t you do maintenance??

Very good sized gym with plenty of…
Very good sized gym with plenty of options to cover all my workout needs. Good quality equipment on demand and even during busy periods still able to complete my programme. Very clean and friendly. This gym is right up there for me and well worth the money

I really enjoyed the session today
I really enjoyed the session today. It was fun and motivating.
The trainer was exceptional ensuring her trainees were able to do the exercises especially those who may have injuries or health issues.
