What I like?: Location and access.
What is ok?: The change over room, the recent redo of the floor, the course areas.
What is sub-par? Several units are a one-off, turning into bottlenecks disrupting the desired training routines. In my case: Upper body trainer, leg press (1!). The lockers are in high need of a maker over, too.

Lovely staff, plenty of equipment, I enjoy the classes although it would be great if we had more choice on different days.

Generally always have good experience at the gym. Seem to be more younger members, majority are fine but some hog machines while spending an age on their phones...won't stop me coming just a tad annoying

Only stayed for a few months and found a better one with better facilities and actual staff that are around to help
Also, the door never used to let me in or out using the app
Wouldn't recommend tbh

I’ve been a member for over five years and have been pretty happy with the Worcester branch until this year.
My issue is with the air quality and temperature. Some days, it’s like walking into a sauna. It’s often humid, smells sweaty and is too warm to be able to train effectively. This isn’t usually on very hot days. Yesterday (30/06/23) was so bad, I didn’t train and left after speaking to the manager. I have asthma and started to feel breathless after just a few minutes inside the gym. (My asthma is well-regulated and I always check my Sp02 before and after entering the gym.) My peak flow was fine but the stuffy air made me feel faint quite quickly.)
I’ve spoken to the manager on various occasions about the inconsistency of the gym’s air quality and temperature, and he has told me that the air-con is set to a minimum of 20 degrees. This is warm for a gym and especially uncomfortable for high intensity cardio exercise. He told me that he CAN’T change the temperature. Pure Gym has stated on Twitter that individual gym managers control their gym’s temperature and ventilation system; there is no company policy that dictates it. According to Conor the manager, this is the temperature that keeps the bills down and most people don’t complain because they don’t do cardio. He can’t change it because he won’t change it, is his explanation in a nutshell.
I’m a PT (and also Exercise Referral qualified) so am well aware of the impact on physical performance as temperature progresses. For people who want to run, row, cycle etc, it’s really uncomfortable and can cause faintness, with the potential for injury.
I’m pretty close to cancelling my membership at this point, having tried unsuccessfully to deal with this directly.

The gym is well equipped, staff are very friendly. I’ve never taken part in exercise classes at previous gyms but I do one most days here. They don’t have that “clicky” vibe that most classes have at other gyms.

The toilets weren’t clean at all, whenever i was about to use it , it always stinked

Like the equipment available and a very friendly gym environment staff are great, however there are a lot of members who take up the gym and they don’t work out at all it’s fine in itself but when they sit around with cameras about it’s slightly annoying cuz it feels like you have no privacy

Great gym, clean and comfortable for a single woman to attend alone. Lots of equipment and great classes. Best thing I did was join!

Staff really bad and they don’t bother fixing it

Perfect, great atmosphere, great equipment, and I think I’m in love with some of the staff

Good choice of equipment. Clean and tidy work spaces. Staff are helpful
Only downside I'd that there are only two toilets in the ladies and one of them was out of order when I went which left one toilet for all the women in there to use.

Really disappointed that I have moved gyms and now face a price hike. Seems money grabbing-I have cancelled my subscription

Toilet in changing room still not repaired. Lift still not working. Lockers not used to full purpose still clutered changing room.

It’s pretty humble, has a nice gym environment in there and has essentially everything you need with varying prices to your membership depending on what you need, pretty good id say, but definitely not the best gym I’ve been to.

Charlie the PT is a nice guy, always up for a chat and keen to help when needed, the fact that the gym is 24 hour helps too,
