Good equipment, lots of choice in a good layout and a very good monthly fee, can’t complain. It has it all for me.

People in the gym are amazing, other gym members are very respectful in a sense that when they asked me if I’m done using the equipment, they say “please and thank you “.
Staff members are very helpful, very kind, they answer questions to the best of their abilities, they leave no stone unturned, they KNOW their job.
The gym is neat, spacious and welcoming. Pure gym puts their clients first and makes sure their needs are met.
The gym is affordable and has flexible hours which is a BONUS. I can literally work out any time convenient for me and you don’t get to do this at most gyms.
The gym is exquisite - I give credit where it’s due and this gym feels like my 2nd home ❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️❤️

Worcester gym is a nightmare. Poorly managed, classes cancelled at short notice (30 minutes when you have to give them 4 hours). Always blaming staff shortages with promises of it getting better- never does. Only good thing is its location.

Gym too cramped due to a third of the space being closed off because of maintenance for holes in the ground . Gym always too busy

Generally a really good gym, great space, good level of equipment and a range of PT instructors. Good value for money.
Less positive…. Ladies changing room generally smells as the drain is in the middle of the floor area. There isn’t enough of the most popular equipment and they seem reluctant to ever have the air conditioning on.

When it comes to M. Dite cycling classes this is the best training, the boy really knows what he is doing. He is great. And when it comes to gym, it sucks! First, everything was broken around and now, when they started renovations, you will be repairing this piece for a year or longer. It was supposed to last 4-5 days and the gym is still not ready. And one more thing. Sometimes a girl will come who takes the equipment and does not exercise at all, takes a seat and rummages in the phone, what are you coming for? Sometimes a type will come and instead of training, he walks around and thinks he's awesome. Idi*ts will always be everywhere. I am thinking of changing the gym.

Decent gym, for the money you are paying, but when there is a spin class it's impossible to train in peace. Very hard to focus on my workout when music is blasting and the instructor is screaming at the top of their lungs. I don't mind the class but gets annoying when I can still hear it with my headphones on full volume

Everyone was very welcoming the personal trainers who I have met in the last 4 visits since I have been going have been so helpful to me by showing me how to equipment works and words of encouragement to give me confidence to keep coming back. Definitely recommend this gym to everyone! ☺️

A good feeling to re-join Pure Gym once again, I was once again impressed with the commitment and application of the staff that actually do all the various Classes. You are motivated and driven to achieve your goals within a comfortable sphere . There is always a buzz at this Gym and I have yet had to face any derogatory language from any member or staff. The music is tasteful for keep fitters and increases your levels of physical fitness. The Gym I have found to be scrupulously clean with no stone left unturned in this regard. All in all a comprehensively planned , tidy and keenly motivated Gym floor.

PureGym is well equipped in a spacious layout with a relaxing atmosphere. Love the designated floor workout corner and the wide variety of machines - all well maintained. The facilities for keeping conditions hygienic were excellent and the room felt well ventilated. The computerised administration system worked well and was very helpful. All-in-all, an excellent experience.

Currently it’s too early to say but I am so far impressed with what the Worcester branch has to offer.
I left my last gym for specific reasons and my experience at Worcester PureGym has meant that I made the right decision to leave Fitness4Less.
I look forward to exploring the facility further in the coming months.

There was no paper towels to clean the machines down and no anti bac spray on the hygiene station. Also the “Yanga” water needs seeing too as it is purely just cold water there are no flavours at any strength that comes out the machine. Which renders it pretty much pointless.

Good variety of quality equipment, well organized, well ventilated premises. Cheap memberships. Couldn’t ask for anything else really. Great gym!
