We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website, to see how many people are in the gym.

Generally great experience, clean, friendly and convenient gym.
Love early morning classes, just wish Monday spin would have the structure which other spin classes have. Constant talking and changing of instruction results in small class turn out. Tues & Fri fantastic.
Saturday morning classes at 8.30/9 would be nice again.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused. We would like to assure you that we are reviewing feedback and will ensure this is addressed in club.
Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.

Fantastic gym with fantastic staff
The personal trainers. The environment. Just to give a note that the classes with Mike are absolutely amazing. His energy is motivational. Can't wait to be back as soon as the doctors allow me.

Good staff create more people
At this moment the staff doing the morning classes in the Wrexham pure (Monday Tuesday Friday) are very high class instructors. They motivate you .

Needs modernising to keep up with its competitors.
Equipment needs updating and more variety. Too busy and not enough equipment for the amount of people , even on off peak.

It’s basic but brilliant value for money.
The gym gets busy but it’s better when peak times are avoided.

why pure gym is the best gym
The environment of pure gym is amazing then staff the people are just so nice and supportive going to pure gym was probably one of the best things I’ve ever done.

Its quite crowdy in there sometimes but the people are great motivators and great support
Great place to work out great music choices and not too far from home the staff are really helpful and supportive and the guests that visit here are also helpful would recommend but later in the day due to crowdyness
