Love the classes & morning class times

Lacking
Only one room for classes and it’s impossible to ever get on a class if you work full time - unless you’re a top paying member. Induction could be more involved with personal advice in how to achieve goals.

I love the quantity and variety of gym…
I love the quantity and variety of gym equipment and thr classes are great - just don’t think the cleanliness is very good.
I can’t see any stations containing equipment to wipe machines down and they are very dirty and sweaty already. People aren’t encouraged in any way to clean equipment after using.
Secondly there is no wifi and was told this was delayed for a couple of weeks.
It’s such a lovely space but the above is just letting it down when they could do so much better.

Hotter than the sun.
Puregym Yate is well equipped, people are nice enough and equipment rotates quickly when in use.
Staff don’t really interact at all, sit behind their desk and play on their phones. Music is really loud when they’re there and really quiet when not.
It’s hotter than the sun in therr, there’s aircon units on the ceiling but they seem unwilling to use them in any kind of anger.
Active across the road have just invested £250k in new equipment so worth a look before you commit. The staff there in comparison are much better and it’s a better environment generally but lack equipment compared to Pure.

Gym equipment great
only improvements from going regularly I can see is the 3 things
Somewhere where boiling water can be obtained for a coffee in the morning
Mens showers need to be hotter
Toilets not cleaned in mens changing rooms regularly enough
Overall good, go 4 times a week 👍

The gym provides a very good value for…
The gym provides a very good value for money. It has good gym equipment and it is divided in different areas which offers a range of exercise options. The gym is a bit towards the smaller size and it gets very busy certain times during the day. However, it's online app is very good and provides useful information on number of people in the gym at any time. Overall, I am satisfied with the facilities at this gym.

Gym is great, could use a few improvements
Gym is great, plenty of different machines/areas, staff are great and facilities are always clean!
However, the showers are always freezing, most classes are on throughout the day when most people are at work so I think there should be more classes on the weekends/evenings, there is no cleaning station so your unable to clean the machines yourselfs and the air con is never cool enough😕

Friendly environment
Love the gym, it's a lovely friendly environment. Only issue is they are neglecting the air con a bit, I'm always dripping after every class, air con is barely on.

To many young kids not knowing what…
To many young kids not knowing what there doing hogging the equipment for up to half an hour taking selfie ect so it doesn’t impress me at all and I know we all pay the same and are entitled to be there but I want to train and not wait about looking at kids mucking about
