I could not have had a better experience with Purely Diamonds. The diamond specialist lady, Tracey? was really helpful with our engagement ring, and then we went on to design my wedding band and eternity ring. They are exactly what I wanted, so beautiful, and they were a fair price. I will always be so grateful to the team.

My husband bought my engagement ring from Purely Diamonds four years ago, and I’d never had a single issue with it until last week, when one of the diamonds suddenly popped out, completely out of nowhere, just a week before our honeymoon.

I honestly can’t thank the team at Purely Diamonds enough. Their customer service is on another level. They were so responsive and reassuring over messages, even when I was panicking and messaging them straight away after it happened.

They repaired my ring quickly and professionally, and I already have it back looking perfect again and ready for our honeymoon. The service has been incredible; even after four years of owning the ring, they still went above and beyond to help me.

From the first video conference call until I collected the engagement ring from Manchester, Tracey helped me enormously by sharing her knowledge and giving me the appropriate information to make the right choice of ring.

I had a brilliant experience with Purely Diamonds when buying an engagement ring. I went in knowing very little about diamonds and, to be honest, not really knowing where to start. The team were incredibly helpful from the outset. They took the time to coach me through everything, explaining the key things I needed to know without ever making it feel overwhelming.

My engagement ring bought from Purely Diamonds is 14 years old. I recently realised I had lost a diamond. I contacted Purely Diamonds to ask if they could help. I posted it to them on 17/2 and received it back today 24/2. It has been repaired and polished so it looks like a brand new ring. Absolutely thrilled. From locating the original order for my engagement ring, so we could find the matching wedding band, help with sizing and adjustments, and to putting my mind at ease when I was panicking that the delivery service I used to send my engagement ring back for resizing, was delayed. Used the video call option to preview an engagement ring. Very helpful and relaxed service with no selling pressure from the company. Ring that I bought was perfect and very happy with the product. Came in nice presentation box and delivered in a timely manner. Also had to use the resizing offer, and received the ring back within the week.
Excellent company to deal with, and have already booked an appointment to visit their London branch to look at compatible wedding rings.
