Really thought out products, hands up good quality, free from harsh chemicals

I think what makes the experience great is that when I’m running super low on my essential products I can always rely on speedy, efficient and free delivery. It’s also always a nice suprise to see some goodies in my box and in general it’s a nice website never crashed before easy to navigate as well.

Quick delivery, lovely products, reasonable prices.

The packaging was really lovely, it was beautifully packed with a post card that had my name hand written and blue tissue paper stuffing and some free samples. The products i received were exactly what i wanted and i think they are making my skin look much better. I will definitely order again, thank you so much pureseoul!

I like Pureseoul and the staff are always friendly in the Birmingham store but I am never asked if I have an account to claim the points from my purchase I always have to say or mention. You need like a digital card to scan in store

I’ve been waiting to try these products for a while now I’m really pleased with them my skin looks and feels completely different looks like Estée Lauder is no longer my go to products for the past 45yrs I’ve been using them and was a consultant for them around 15 yrs ago

Great customer service and couldn't have asked for more. I had a missing item and the team helped narrow down the location. Ended up in my blue bin after receiving helpful photo (of my order in the warehouse). Once I received, we realised that the item was misplaced rather than missing from parcel (very large birthday order). Thanks again for helping me find my serum and my previous issue (free summer pack not included). On both occasions the team helped me resolve both of my issue's and can now enjoy my k-beauty goodies!
