Thank God for US based customer support and competent people! I had an issue porting in to their service and they quickly resolved it. No annoying automated service or customer support that doesn't speak English.

Terrific customer service
I just started service today with PT. if their system and service is half as good as their support team, I will be exceptionally happy. Kasey & Kayla, both in AZ (i hope i spell their names correctly) we terrific to work with. Quite literally was ridiculously easy to get away from the V word.

Cheyenne was extremely helpful,and had a great sense of humor. She explained how to delete my voicemails and helped with my neighbor wanting to switch from Verizon while keeping her old phone and Cheyenne explained step by step to see if the phone was compatible. It is.

We switched from T-Mobile to Puretalk…
We switched from T-Mobile to Puretalk about 2 years ago. Love them. We saved about $60/month for 4 lines when we switched and the customer service is amazing. No long hold times, people are knowledgeable and helpful. Since they use AT&T, we have better service, especially when we go to northern Washington where cell service is sparse.

It is so nice to be able to talk to an American in the United States!!!! I can understand every word they say and they understand me- What a concept!!!!! Yay PURE TALK!!!!! Seriously though customer service is awesome we have no complaints we love them!!!!! Real ordinary people who just happened to be very knowledgeable about their job and thier company they will work hard and dig deep to resolve an issue if ever needed. Talking to customer service in the United States. They are courteous a nd helpful and helped me resolve my issue with my phone.
